- TriviaThis is one of the few episodes that begin in broad daylight.
- GoofsThe audience sees a hand switch on the heater to defrost the caveman just seconds before the camera pans to the right where Professor Ingstrom and Professor Wayne are together.
It is later revealed that Professor Wayne is behind the resurrection of the caveman, and a flashback reveals he is the one who switched on the electric heater.
However, he couldn't have been the hand shown, as he is working on the other end of the room when the heater is switched on.

One of my least favorites!
A an ancient caveman found in a frozen block of ice is unfrozen by a heater. The gang is forced to uncover the mystery before it's too late. This episode is entertaining, but it's one of my least favorites. I always thought the caveman was rather corny. He doesn't look intimidating, and I felt it was silly overall. There are some good gags in this one, I'll admit that. The chase scene near the end is fantastic. That catchy "Seven Days A Week" song made it all the more better. Scooby and Shaggy steal the show as usual. It's extremely easy to guess who the villain is in this one as well. I thought it was lazy, even for Scooby standards. My gripes aside, there is a lot to enjoy. It's just not one of my favorites
