- In one part of the game, if the player does not fix a gas leak, it will blow up a diner. In another part of the game, the culprit has rigged a boiler to blow up, and if the player does not reset the boiler, it will blow up a high school.

Violence & Gore
- At the finale of the game, we see Daryl Gray and Mitch Dillon fighting with each other. Mitch pulls out a gun and shoots Daryl in the arm (some animated blood is visible), then Connie Watson kicks Mitch in the head, followed by Mitch recovering and knocking Connie out. Nancy Drew then picks up Mitch's gun and points it at him, causing him to surrender.
