Cyril and Dorothy are frustrated that they cannot have a cup of tea due to there being no running water. This catastrophe also means they are unable to have a bath. The tank in the basement is refilled the next day however further problems arise when their neighbour Bill and his wife Beryl greedily use up all the water for their baths!
Carlos kindly offers for the Blakes to use the bath in his apartment. Unfortunately, that is also where his mother in law does the laundry...
The third edition is a bit of a tiresome effort, with the gags being more predictable than funny. Each attempt by Cyril and Dorothy to obtain water becomes increasingly embarrassing over time.
