A good documentary.

A lot of very interesting encounters: the gate-keeper at the railway crossing (the importance of the security), the passengers in the regular train from Pavlovsk to St. Peterburg ( a practical and cheap travel). Then comes the explanation about the great apartments which have been transformed into shared apartments: Alexei shows Philippe the private space and then the collective space (kitchen bathroom and restroom) and explain how is the life in these shared apartments.

Then this encounter with the lady who selles tickets in a tramway of St. Petersburg : a lady with a great sense of humour. Philippe takes later the fast train to Moscow, he listens to opera music in the train: on board there is a small office where passengers may buy train ticket, reserve a taxi or buy a ticket for a museum. During a stop Philippe visits a second-hand shop which has a special space for peole under stress (they pay about 120 Euros and can destroy chairs, Tv-sets, computer during a hour). Finally Philippe arrives at Moscow and meet a quite original psychologist who receives his clients in a forest near a railway line.

Besides these interesting encounters there are the landscapes, countryside, St. Petersburg and Moscow with these great spaces, palaces and monuments.
