- A security guard is murdered by Freddy, (not shown, but you hear the crunch) and you get to see his body in a Freddy costume later
- A girl gets her face bitten, so much blood is seen.
- A boy is murdered at a corner of the kitchen, (not shown, but you see blood).
- A girl mentions dead kids in costumes, (don't get to see them) but later on a kid, gets caught by Freddy, and a girl gets murdered by a man.
- A man has a dream that he is covered in blood and he falls into a circular saw. A lot of blood is seen.
- A man falls from the roof and lands on a car. His body is later seen.
- A man gets ran over and he loses his legs. Then when he is at the floor, he gets his head crushed at the wall with the car once again.
- A man tears the animatronics, and shoots at another man.
- We see a man that turns purple covered with blood and half of his face has the ennard skull. Then we see see the same purple hand, sitting at the couch.

- Unlike the FNAF games, the movie is not suitable for children and young teenagers due to it's bloody violence and disturbing content.

- People are being attacked by the animatronics. Foxy slits the throat of a child, and a kid is killed in the kitchen by Golden Freddy (not shown). William Afton stabs a security guard. Freddy eats the head of a child. We hear a lot of people screaming, a lot of blood is shown. This scene is a Massacre!
