Sex & Nudity
- A movie star tears her pantyhose, and buys a new pair from a kid. She then changes pantyhose in the middle of the street in front of him, and makes a joking comment about him peeping at her.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- Twigson is mistaken for a normal twig and is about to be thrown into the fireplace as kindling. Lillebror imagines Twigson tied up and being burned alive in a visually similar way to that of a witch burning
- Lillebror and Twigson crashes while riding a sled, ending up with Twigson being snapped in half and seemingly "dead". He is repaired and "resurrected" by a carpenter, however
- A sad montage when they have to sell their house contains a scene of Lillebror laying underneath his bed, screaming and kicking at his parents, and his mom crying so much her makeup starts running. Disturbingly realistic compared to the more fantasy-like tone of the rest of the film.
