With an army of debt collectors waiting to be paid, and with an unwed sister demanding dowry, Kostas Tsahpinis, a meek and incorruptible accountant who struggles to make ends meet, finds himself with his back to the wall. Of course, under those circumstances, walking down the aisle with his long-term fiancée, the brunette bombshell, Toula, is out of the question. Then, unexpectedly, Kostas manages to land a job at a successful shoe business, unbeknownst to him, however, that his dignity and honesty are about to get him neck-deep in trouble. Will things work out in the end for Kostas, the fool with a patent?
