Close to the mark.

Delicately and understated Rimbaux seduces the viewer into an empathetic state of mind. While keeping the narrative relevant; we are allowed a peek into individual lives affected by the downturn of the Brazilian economy.

Emphasis is on the cultural heritage withering away from lack of funding. Interesting as it is from the viewpoint of, what is often, one of the first sacrifices of financial turmoil - the view from the "cultural perspective" is further applicable to the nation as whole.

Rimbaux manges, with relevance, to convey a nations fears and trepidations viewed from an artstst perspective. It's not documentary filmmaking at its very best - but to a large extent it delivers on its intentions.
