Harry Vanderspeigle: Being an alien is easier than being a human. We have evolved past having emotions, so we are not forced to deal with things like seasonal depression or road rage. We also have no roads, so nobody can cut you off, not even Alpha Draconians, who are lizard-headed dickheads.

Cinematographic quality has gone WAY down in season 2
The visual quality of the 1st season has gone DRASTICALLY down hill in the 2nd season.
It appears as though they tried to majorly cut costs by shooting the exteriors of the lake house on a soundstage, with either a virtual background or a green screen, either way, it looks TERRIBLE.
Also the lighting is all over the place, highlights on peoples faces are are blown out, actors aren't properly lit in general. Skin tones are disgusting, and even though they attempted to soften the images via some kind of softening filter, the lighting on the actors skin is so awful that I can see the light blooming in EVERY light fixture but some how I can still see EVERY pore in their skin still.
It's hard to watch, when last season was so beautifully lit by Scott Williams. I don't know what happened but this season looks SHOCKINGLY bad.
When I went into the cast and crew to see who the Cinematographer of the episode was, they aren't even listed.
Story wise it's still well written and well acted, it just lost a lot of it's magic due to inferior production elements, specifically the Cinematography.
