- A child is dead in an early scene. A baby and a mother die later in the scene.
- In the final scene, a character lies in a pool of blood in the tall grass. She is very pale, and her throat is cut.
- Clare cuts into a dead woman's pregnant belly and pulls out a bloody full-term fetus. She performs CPR, but the baby never breathes.
