- 28 minutes in, a Garden gnome looking man, who lives in a run down apartment, yet apparently is a Doctor, gets tied up in a cuckold type scenario and watches his girlfriend get murdered. Her liver is then placed on his shoulder after a few slaps with it on his bearded gnome face.
- 1 hour and 13 minutes in, John burns his friends face. While he is burning his friends face off, the camera up angles to show John standing under what is possibly the worst drop ceiling installation I have ever seen. The body falls to the ground and you can see that his face is now burned off.
