During the two shot of Argon and Fox on the operating table, when she goes to release him, part of his waist shows, revealing that he still has his boxers on and that he doesn't have an erection.
The last two shots of Fox in the spaceship somehow managed not to take to the color correction like the rest of the film. Try as they might have, they were never able to get those two shots to match up color-wise with the rest of the scene.
The close-up of Dana hugging Fox at the end of the film has her hugging him on the wrong shoulder than in the reverse. This was because they stole the shot from the opening scene and flopped it, when the pick-ups they filmed ended up not working out.
Ratchet straps were used to hold the actor down to the operating table, and were later to be digitally replaced by blue lasers. Due to time restraints the blue straps were never completed, and instead a laser effect was added to the orange ratchet straps. On some of the close-ups you can still make out the texture of the original straps. The poster for the movie was created before the film was finished, which is why the straps on the poster are blue and not orange.
In order to get a more revealing cleavage shot, the actress playing Argon pulled down her tube top slightly more than how she normally wore it. The only problem was that where she pulled down had not been painted green, so some of her natural skin color shows through in the close-up.
Some of the scenes in the parking lot had to be picked up a few months after principle photography had ended. By that time the lead actor's hair had grown an inch and he had misplaced his original wardrobe. So, for a few shots the lead actor is wearing a gray shirt instead of a blue shirt, and his hair is heavily gelled down.
In some of the scenes on the spaceship the crew can be heard laughing during a few takes.
Part of the C-stand leg that held up the black curtain background can be seen in one of the shots of Fox on the operating table.
