A pretty strong show top to bottom. The trios match, Cole vs. Joe, O'Reilly vs. Darby, the women's matches, a lot of the show worked. The main event was underwhelming and Anarchy in the Arena was a miss though.

A good show. Not Great

AEW Double or Nothing was the 4th annual Double or Nothing PPV event produced by AEW. Taking place during memorial day weekend at the T-Moblie Arena in Paradise, Nevada. While attendence hasn't been all the way annonced as of this time, it is said to be the record of attendence in AEW PPV history. A pretty Lackluster buildup to say the least but the card was pretty stacked and looked interesting. Did the matches deliver?
The Good - Main Event actully did well as expected. It was neither wrestlers all time great match but it left fans in attendence and home happy. CM Punk winning was a good call and it could mark a hot summer for the promotion. The AITA match was very hot and crowd went crazy. Some wild sh*t was happening. Another thing worth mentioning was the Women's matches also looking good. A lot of times Women's matches in AEW can be a snooze fest when not a main title match but all surprisingly were fun. Seeing Wardlow beat down MJF made for a great opening. Majority of the undercard was fun at the end especially the Tag Team matches.
The Meh - I love the Hardys sooo much especially Jeff but man did this match look sloppy from the start. It somehow was saved from the last 5-10 minutes but the Hardys did not look good and couldn't keep up with the Young Bucks. Would be great to have a time machine for the prime Hardys to come back and challenge the Young Bucks. The mixed tag match was also decent but it is worth skipping in the near future.
The Bad - Show was way too long. Crowd was a bit drained. It was very hard to stay awake by the end of the show. Some of the matches were rushed and really had no need for the card. AEW can have Lackluster buildups and do great but this show didn't get a pass for it. I also wasn't a fan of the winning choices of the Owen Hart tournament. Too coincidental and Britt Baker didn't need the win. Also botches were really huge this night.
Overrall - A good show. Not great. It was no where near as good as last year and it was the weakest AEW PPV post-fans return. What saved the show is no down right terrible match. That's what AEW gets credit for. However the overloaded card, length, and buildup hurt. But it was fun to watch at the end.
