- Lots of gore throughout. Examples include: A man's hand is deep fried and then eaten, the same character also has his face burned with cooking oil, one character has a knitting needle pushed into his neck and we see the half-eaten remains of another character's mother & there are many other scenes of characters being eaten alive in the movie.

- There are no scenes of alcohol consuption or smoking, however a character does possess a cigarette lighter in one scene to demonstrate the existance of ectoplasm and later on he also carries a box of matches to set alight the demon Ka.
