Arte da Bola no Ar is a documentary about altinha, a carioca beach sport, considered today a fever in the sands of Rio and Brazil. It's a round game with the objective of leaving the ball in the air as long as possible without using your hands. The documentary delves into Maracanã da Alta as the stretch of Ipanema beach known as Coqueirão was called and from the uniqueness of this territory and its characters reveals the altinha as an authentic expression of carioca beach culture. The film has the participation of Evandro Mesquita, Cynthia Howlett, Karina Vela, Marcelo Adnet among others.
