- The crew goes after a pair of siblings who have taken their late father's trucking company from Santa to Scrooge.
- It's Christmas time for the Leverage team, and Sophie insists they squeeze in one more job before everyone departs for their holidays. They need to take down the shady new owners of a trucking company who turn out to be guilty of more than just unfair labor practices.
- At the Good Stewart Trucking Company near Christmas time, a driver Ravi Patel goes into work but his security card doesn't work on the gate lock. He complains to the guard, and the brother and sister owners, Luke and Paige Stewart, come over and tell Ravi that he hasn't been there for two days. Ravi says that is mother died and he filed for leave. Paige tells him that they didn't get the request and he's fired, and Ravi insists that he needs the job and it's Christmas. When they refuse to budge, Ravi goes to get his truck and the Stewarts tell him that the truck belongs to the company and it's already been assigned to another driver. The guards haul Ravi away while Paige videos herself on her camera for her podcast.
The bar is decorated for Christmas, and Ravi meets with Sophie and Eliot and tells them what happened. The first two weeks he worked there, he got a bill for upkeep on the truck the company loaned him, and when he took two days off for his mother's funeral, they fired him and repossessed his truck. Now Ravi and his family have no future.
Later, Harry is complaining to Sophie that he thought they were going on vacation, and she assures him the job won't take job. Parker is on stilts decorating the ceiling, and Breanna is helping her. Eliot comes in, and Breanna briefs the crew on Stewart Trucking. The company lures drivers in a "contractors" so they don't have to follow labor laws, and the drivers earn less than promised in the advertising. Nick Stewart was the company founder and ran a fair plan. When he died, his children Luke and Paige took over and began their current predatory operation. Luke runs the loading docks and the Paige the offices and makes most of the decisions. They're doing the same thing they're doing to dozens of drivers that they're doing to Ravi. Breanna will get them in as seasonal workers while Harry digs into the contracts to see if he can find a loophole.
Later at the company, three days until Christmas, Sophie goes in as a dispatcher, wearing flannel, while Parker and Breanna monitor her from the bar. Sophie plans to befriend Paige, discover all her secrets, and destroy her from the inside. Eliot is working on the docks as a driver, and overhears Luke docking a worker for his pay for the 15 minutes he was late. Two guards are with Luke.
Sophie goes into the main office and spots a floor safe, and Paige on social media. Paige only has 36 followers, and Paige immediately locks Sophie out of her office because she's in her camera eyeline. Sophie tries to charm Paige without success, and Paige calls in Janice to escort Sophie to where she works. Janice takes Sophie to her radio desk, and Sophie warns Parker and Breanna over the comms that getting close to Paige may be trickier than she thought.
Eliot is working the loading dock, befriends the worker Luke was yelling at, and tells him to get a cup of coffee. Once Www leaves, Eliot overhears Paige and Luke arguing about the designed hand bags Paige had shipped in to "build her brand". Luke thinks his sister is ridiculous, and she insists that she's pursuing her dream and making them look good on paper to YDN, a national trucking firm that plans to buy them out. Once they pass the inspection, Luke can do what he wants. The crew figures that if YDN buys out Stewart Trucking, everyone there will be out of a job.
Back the bar, Harry says that Ravi might be able to file a class action suit if he can find enough drivers, and in the three years it will take, the Stewart will have long since sold the company and left. A rep from YDN is going to do a final walkthrough the next day, and Breanna says that if they spike the company shipping, then YDN will drop the purchase. Harry has learned that the trucks are paid off, so the driver fees so straight to the Stewarts, and they have a second set of books that probably in the floor safe. Breanna will distract Paige by giving her a "Christmas bonus".
Paige is thrilled to learn that she's gone viral. Breanna is out on the floor with Eliot using her tablet to boost Paige's numbers. Sophie call Paige posing as a reality show producer who wants to feature Paige as the company president and she's sending a couple of people over to get video. Janice comes over to Sophie. Sophie quickly hangs up, and Janice tells her to focus on dispatching. The head dispatcher tells Sophie that she cares about the company, like Nick.
Eliot and Breanna sabotage the goods on the floor. Meanwhile, Paige tells Luke that he'll have to do the presentation to YDN on his own, because she had something come up, and Harry and Parker come in as fake producers from the reality show.
Luke goes onto the floor with the YDN rep, Morgan, and Breanna hacks Morgan's tablet and makes a few alterations. Meanwhile, Henry gets into his role and questions on Paige on why they should feature her show. Paige says that she's more focused on her handbags, and Harry and Parker play along. Parker shins a bright filming light into Paige's face, blinding her so Parker can check the floor safe.
Morgan complains to Luke that he doesn't have control of his dock, and demands to talk to Paige immediately. They storm into the office just as Parker gets the second set of books, and Morgan tells Paige that she's never seen since a horrendous dock. She says that the Stewarts have run the company into the ground, and YDN isn't interested in buying the trucking company. Harry and Parker make it clear they're not interested and leave.
Later, Luke's two "guards" tell Luke that Big Jim isn't going to be happy with the lack of sale.
One day until Christmas at the bar, Breanna learns that the Stewarts are smuggling something and tells Sophie. Sophie will work Janice for inside information, while Breanna and Eliot check the docks and find out if the two thugs are involve in the smuggling. Harry and Parker come back and get the thugs on film, and the Stewarts ask why they're back. They turn on the flattery, calling Paige a "gem", and she overrules Luke and tells harry and Parker to document her "rise". Eliot comes over and tells Luke that reality crews dig up everything on a company's history. One of the thugs calls Big Jim and tells him that they have a problem, and puts Luke on the line.
Sophie talks to Janice about her experiences with the company and strange package, and Janice says that she doesn't know what Sophie is talking about. A driver radios in saying he as a Christmas package, and Janice tells Sophie to stick to the radio while she checks it out. Sophie figures something is up. Meanwhile, Janice goes out to a pickup truck, gets a box, and opens the back of a trailer truck. Sophie follows Janice there, and Janice finally opens the box and reveals toys. She says that she was trying to keep Nick's toy drive tradition alive, and Paige discontinued it as an unnecessary expense. Janice has secretly been collecting donations, and she admits that she and Nick were close. Sophie sympathizes from her own experience losing someone close and pushing others away, and Janice has to keep pushing to keep Christmas the way Nick wanted.
Paige is doing an interview with Harry and Parker about how she cuts costs at the company, and Luke comes in and kicks them out so he can talk to Paige privately. They tell Breanna what happened, while Luke tells Paige that Big Jim is not happy. Breanna has taps on the camera, and while she monitors the conversation Eliot identifies Big Jim as Big Jim Montrose, head of the Dixie Mafia. Paige tells Luke that they need the exposure to sell the company and get Big Jim his money, and until then they'll have to keep moving guns for Big Jim. Eliot and Breanna search for the guns on the docks, with help from Parker and Harry.
Luke wants to shut down the filming, but Paige refuses to let him take away her chance at a future from her just because he made a bad bet on a horse. He tells Paige to trust him to take care of it and storms out past the dispatchers. Sophie tells the others who haven't found the guns to let Luke lead them to the guns
The two thugs approach Eliot and tell him the shipments are off-limits. They come after him and he takes them on Luke runs past, sees what's going on, and runs out to Janice's toy truck with the guns and drives away. Eliot tells the others about the guns, and Breanna is in the back of the trailer that Luke locked up before he left. Harry and Parker pull up in the food truck and Eliot leaps in as they give chase.
Sophie tells Janice that her toys have been stolen, and Luke and Paige have been running illegal shipments off the docks. Janice says that the trucks don't have GPS. Parker has Breanna smell at a vent, and Breanna smells ammonia. Sophie asks Janice about any nearby factories with ammonia, and Janice identifies a cigar plant. When Sophie tells Janice what's going on, Janice calls Luke on the radio. Meanwhile, Breanna opens a crate and finds Paige's handbags, with the guns hidden underneath them. Luke doesn't answer Janie, and she notifies out a call to all the other Stewart drivers in the area. One of them spots the truck, and Janice has all the drivers try to slow it down.
Paige overhears Janice, tries to get Luke on the phone but he doesn't answer, and tells the thugs to deal with it or she'll tell Big Jim that it's their fault. They go after Luke.
Two of the drivers pull in front of Luke and slow down, and the food truck catches up to Luke's truck. Eliot gets out on the hood and leaps onto the toy truck, climbs across the roof to the cab, jumps in, and knocks Luke out. then shoves the stunned man in the back and knocks him out for good as he takes the wheel. Eliot radios the driver that they can go and they do, and the two thugs pull up in their car.
The thugs side swipe Eliot's truck into some road pylons, forcing him to stop. They park and come over, and find Luke at the wheel wondering what happened. Two policemen arrive and arrest all of them. Earlier, Eliot put Luke at the wheel and radioed the police, while Breanna found a chemistry kit and batteries among the toys. The thugs try to pass it off as them trying to help a sleeping Luke, but Breanna cuts through the vent, gets out, and burns one of Paige's handbags, setting off smoke. The police see the smoke and go to investigate, and finds the guns. Luke confesses everything, and the police arrest all three men.
Paige is still trying to reach Luke on the phone. Sophie and Janice quit for the night, and Sophie tells Paige that Luke has been arrested and the police are coming for Paige next.
That night, the crew deliver the toys to the orphanage. Janice and Raul arrive, and Harry has drawn up the papers to make them trustees of Good Stewart Trucking. They thank Sophie and Harry and go to watch the orphans open presents. The crew is happy to be sending their Christmas vacations with loved ones.
