- Ryu the Ninja can be seen attacking monsters and demons with his sword attack, throwing ninja stars, throwing flames and his fire barrier killing most enemies in one hit.
- Ryu can die if he loses all of his HPs, falls down a pit, falls into the lava. Gets stabbed by spikes, or electrocuted by electrical currents. He can be knocked back by enemies who hit him with firing projectiles or they touch him.
- Irene can be seen falling off the cliff into the ocean.
- The fake Ryu ninja can be seen with the real Ryu jumping up and clashing swords then they stop to talk.

- This game can get very difficult and intense as the player has Ryu is killing and dodging enemies or overcoming obstacles in this side scrolling platform game which can be very difficult for most people to beat.

Violence & Gore
- The fake Ryu turns into a BIO-NOID Doppelganger but Irene shows up alive and can be seen using her machine gun shooting at the mutant monster. Which was unusual at the time as graphic violence wasn't allow in the Nintendo censorship era.
- Foster runs up to Clancy who teleports away but his body gets torn apart.
- Clancy the demon monster shows off his dimensional warships energy bomb explosion to Ryu.
- If Ryu kills Clancy, then the flying dimensional warship will self destruct and the ship will crash and blow up.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- There are scary demons featured in some of the cutscenes of the game especially when the fake Ryu turns into a BIO-NOID demon, and when Clancy betrays Ryu and turns into a demon.
