Homecoming is a familial drama that follows Latino parents who struggle to welcome home their eldest son from college for the first time in a few years after learning that his sexuality was the reason for his distance. Conflicting beliefs in culture and religion drive the family apart leaving each of them to question their motives and find refuge elsewhere. But unfortunately, alternative motives from external players might not give them the time to make amends. This story touches on concepts like sexual identity, culture, and religion with references to hate crimes and gun violence.
