Chicago native, Alexandra Grey is a trail blazing actress and singer seen across major hit shows like Empire, Transparent, How to Get Away with Murder and MacGyver. Raised in foster care, Alexandra spent her youth bouncing between 7 different foster homes. As she grew to embrace her sexuality midst the disapproval of her foster parents. Alexandra was forced to leave their home - relocating after high school to Los Angeles where she began her Hollywood journey living in an LGBTQ homeless shelter. With limited resources and a dream she studied theater at California State University Northridge, and pursued her dreams until doors opened for her in television. Purposeful in her pursuit of saving lives. Most recently singing on the Broadway stage of the Billy Porter directed play, The Life. Seen playing both trans and non-trans roles, Alexandra Grey is a trans actress and advocate for equality on the screen and stage.
