- An unexpected guest at Nolan's housewarming party leads to a showdown.

Charlotte's hostility to Patrick is sort on corroborated at a Grayson home dinner when even Victoria can't deny she too schemed to keep him away, yet he stand by her and helps kick-start her new gallery career, being a reputed painter. Aiden convinces Victoria to have joined her in search of revenge on Emily. Conrad is convinced by former employee Paul, now his confessor, to come clean about David Clarke's murder at his deathbed, but they have a terrible car crash. Daniel concentrates on his editor career, planning to expose his father business-wise, while magazine boss Margaux starts an affair with Jack, who is utterly true with Emily's vindictive scheming, but not his own.—KGF Vissers
- Open with Charlie grabbing a knife at her father's bedside table and plunging it into his chest. It was just a dream, and Emily walks in as he wakes with a glass of water. Emily asks if there is anybody Conrad can call to help him get through this tough time.
Aiden tells Victoria he's found an account related to Emily in the amount of Nolan's home. He thinks they will soon restore her fortune. Aiden tells Victoria's about his romantic past with Emily.
Nolan is planning his house warming party. They talk about getting Conrad to confess on his death bed.
Margo wants Nolan for a cover piece and asks Daniel to get her on the list for his party. He's not confident he'll be able to get it done.
Father Paul goes to confession. Emily is in the other side of the confessional and says he needs to earn her forgiveness. She tells Paul she knows he was involved in the David Clarke scandal and admits to framing him. Emily tells him she is a friend of Amanda Clarke and will clear his name if he is able to persuade Conrad to confess publically.
Conrad comes home to find Victoria and Patrick unpacking. He's not friendly.
Charlie introduces Margo to Jack at the bar. Margo spots Jack's invitation and pushes for a plus-1 invite.
Victoria drops by Daniel's office. She asks if he knows Emily bought Nolan his home. Then she asks if he knew about Emily's past with Aiden. Daniel is suspicious of his mother's sudden interest in his fiancé.
Nolan runs into Patrick at the club. Patrick complains about his cell phone use and Nolan invites him to the house warming before realizing his relationship to the Graysons.
Daniel confronts Emily about what he learned from his mother. She says what she had with Aiden was "fleeting and long before" they were together. Nolan drops by and Daniel leaves. He tells her about the Patrick invite.
Charlie assures Jack that going to the party with Margo is a good idea. He needs to get out and enjoy himself.
Victoria drops by on Victoria and Patrick with an invite to Nolan's party for Victoria. On her way out she mentions the relationship between Patrick and Nolan. She leaves and Patrick has to explain the interaction. Victoria warns him that Nolan and Emily are "thick as thieves."
Emily talks to Conrad about the potential after-life benefits of confessing to our sins, particularly as a Catholic. Paul arrives.
Nolan's party begins. Margo asks Nolan to be a cover story for her. Daniel isn't thrilled she didn't let him talk to Nolan about the issue. Emily runs into Jack and sees that he's there with Margo.
Paul asks Conrad if he's considered turning himself in. He references what they did to David Clarke. Paul thinks coming clean will bring his family together and will allow him to leave the world as a type of savior.
Margo and Jack seem to be hitting it off. Emily notices from afar. Charlie and Emily talk about Conrad. She tells Emily that Jack's suit was her idea. Victoria and Aiden arrive at the party. Daniel tries to pull Emily away from speaking with Aiden but the two of them walk a few feet away and argue. Emily wants him to leave but Aiden says he's going to stay. They begin to argue about money and Emily makes a point to loudly proclaim that the Graysons are bankrupt. This causes Victoria to beat a hasty retreat.
Daniel and Emily take a walk on the beach. He wants to know more about her and Aiden and why she didn't tell him more about the situation. He's upset and walks away.
After the party Patrick shows up and talks to Nolan about their interaction, assuming that he was sent there by Emily to get information. Nolan tells him he had no idea he was Victoria's son.
Emily calls Paul. He tells her that "If Conrad doesn't come forward, I will." He realizes that what he did to David was terrible. He urges her to get past her grudge and move on with her life.
Daniel tells Margo that he's gone over her head to investors to ensure the Nolan story gets pulled. She thinks this means there is a good story there and promises to tell it.
Emily drops by the bar to see Jack. She says Conrad is on the verge to tell the truth and tries to give him credit. He thinks she's being manipulative, since she was behind Charlie's actions. Margo sits down looking for a drink.
Aiden and Victoria talk. He no longer thinks Emily has the $10 million she lost. Victoria wants him to stick around so they can "destroy" Emily.
Daniel has an alarm installed in Emily's place. He tells her about shooting Aiden and thinks "he's back for one of us."
Conrad tells Victoria he's turning himself in to the authorities. He wants to show his children he's willing to pay for his sins. He tells her he's clearing both her and Charlie's name. She scratches him and begins smashing vases as Paul arrives to pick Conrad up. Victoria tells Paul if he gets in Conrad's car with him "it will be the last thing you do."
Aiden sees Emily on the beach and says "Victoria took the bait." She thinks he made a mistake telling her about them, since Daniel has installed a security system. She asks about the shot and he shows her the wound. She says she has "faith" Conrad will turn himself in.
Emily comes upon Conrad's Ferrari, engulfed in flames. Paul's body is lying next to it on the sidewalk. She looks up and sees a bloody Conrad standing in front of the car.
