This episode is an homage to the silent era films and it contains almost no spoken words. The actress playing Sabrina the trophy wife in this episode is Oona Chaplin, granddaughter in real life of Charlie Chaplin, a pioneer and major star of the silent films of the early 20th century.
The music playing throughout this episode is from Piano Concerto No. 2 by Rachmaninoff. The Adagio sostenuto theme from this work was used by Eric Carmen's in his 1975 ballad, "All by Myself", a song quite appropriate for the couple apparently breaking up.
The house featured won an architectural award in 2006, and is currently up for sale for £3.95m.
