I just saw this film at the Savannah Film Festival. Gorgeous film and the soundtrack is beautiful it really makes you get into the mood of the film immediately as well as driving it through the story and reinforcing it in my opinion. The animation is very subtle but communicates the story well ( don't expect to see a Disney type of animation on this one, which I can live with that), the characters ( only two) are very subtle as well, but again, you can see the expressions ( or feel them) through it with no problem. My favorite part is the look of it, it looks like a moving watercolor painting. The ending ( which I will not reveal here) made me drop my jaw, and you leave with a very warm feeling about it. If you are a fan of well done animated short films, I don't think that you will be disappointed.
