- Arsenal and Diggle confront Laurel about trying to step into her sister's shoes and warn her to stop before she gets herself killed. However, the villan Brick kidnaps the city's Aldermen and threatens to kill them all unless the police evacuate The Glades, it's all suits on deck. Meanwhile, Ray steps in to help Lance and the police force fight Brick, showing Felicity a new side of her boss. Malcom tells them that Ra's al Ghul is after his family and they must leave town immediately.—Camila Moreira
- Roy and Diggle try to stop Laurel for following her sister's footsteps before she gets killed. However a new enemy, Brick, captures the city's alderman and will kill him if the police wont evacuate The Glades. Meanwhile ray tries to help Detective Lance. Malcolm tells Thea that their family is being hunted and tracked down by Ra's al Ghul and must leave town immediately.
- We open with Queen waking up (still alive) in the cabin with Maseo and Tatsu. Tatsu says he was saved by the cold and his "will to live." Maseo warns him he needs to be worried about "what's become of your home in your absence."
Laurel is attempting to pull off the vigilante thing and failing miserably. Roy has to save her from a bad guy. He and Dogs remind her she's not trained but she thinks somebody needs to send a message with Arrow gone.
Felicity isn't budging on helping Palmer fix his suit.
Erstwhile Thea-kisser DJ Chase is back on the scene.
Malcolm is upset that Thea isn't preparing for them to leave. She won't go anywhere without knowing the full truth.
During a meeting at city hall to discuss dealing with Brick's operation, Brick himself shows up, guns blazing, with some of his men. Laurel manages top detain one, but Brick takes off with three aldermen.
Queen and Tatsu talk about keeping Maseo from returning to the League. Tatsu says Maseo blames himself for "what happened." We then flash back to Hong Kong where Queen and Maseo arrive at a Triad club for a meeting with China White. Queen's realizes that Maseo still has the Alpha and wants to trade it for his wife's life.
Felicity and Lance talk about Arrow being gone and he tells her he believes that Sara is back as the Canary.
Laurel threatens Brick's man in custody in order to get the location of Brick's hideout.
Roy meets with Malcolm and warns him that Thea will eventually find out the truth about Sara. Malcolm tells him to mind his own business.
With Brick planning to move the aldermen from the location Laurel has acquired, the plan is to go in now. Laurel does the Canary thing again is pretty ineffectual trying to stop Brick. Roy arrives and shoots Brick in the shoulder with an arrow. This results in Brick killing one of the alderman.
Brick calls the mayor and says he wants to meet.
Malcolm tells Thea about Ra's and the fact he's now been "marked" for death.
Laurel tells Felicity she's doesn't think she's strong enough to fight as Sara.
Palmer joins the mayor at her meeting with Brick. Brick wants the police to give him the Glades or he'll kill the other two other Alderman. Lance gives Felicity a call with this news. She tells Lance that while she's sure the Arrow gone, "I think I know where to find the Canary."
Some of Ra's' men find Maseo in the cabin. He says he's there look for Queen's body and has found some tracks. They find Tatsu in the back room and a fight ensues. Maseo and Tatsu kill all of the men. In our flashback the Alpha Maseo brought to the meeting with China White was a fake. This results in a huge shootout at the club. Queen, Tatsu and Maseo all manage to escape.
Felicity has become rejuvenated and thinks they need to resume the fight. First mission is to go looking for the aldermen.
Laurel calls her father using a machine that disguises her voice and makes her sound like Sara. She tells Lance not to worry, and says she can help. He tells her one of the aldermen has a pacemaker, which allows Felicity to track them.
Felicity borrows Palmer's helicopter. Digs, Roy and Laurel bust into Brick's hideout and start bustin' heads. Felicity helps guide them to the aldermen, who they quickly free. Brick manages to corner Laurel, but she's able to break free via a well-timed knee to the groin and window leap onto the helicopter's ladder.
In the wake of Maseo and Tatsu killing Ra's' men, Queen tries to convince them to return to Starling City. Instead Maseo says the murders will be blamed (credited?) to Queen so that Maseo will be able to return to the League.
Back in Hong Kong Maseo told Queen he was under the impression the Alpha was real, but Waller must have switched it at some point. He was ready to risk thousands of lives to save his wife.
Thea wants Malcolm to stay and fight. He agrees.
Felicity gives Palmer the processor he needs to fix his suit.
We see that dreamy DJ Chase is reporting back to Maseo and the League.
