- Following TC and Jordan's break-up, she works on the day shift and at a reservation clinic. After a couple of months she returns and things are still tense between them, She brings a doctor she met at the clinic, Dr. Rivera to work there. Paul tries to welcome her with a prank but she doesn't react the way Paul was hoping she would, instead she humiliates Paul. And at work Paul tries to assert his seniority but she doesn't reciprocate. TC decides to go out and help at an accident. Gwen is awaiting to see if she's accepted to law school. Drew is in Afganistan, and a young girl who is pregnant is brought there., she says her husband is dead and she wants her brother. But suddenly an Afgani soldier shows up looking for his wife, the girl. Apparently he treats her like property and her brother's trying to find a way out for her, so to buy time, Drew and his superior, Dr. Jennings tell the Afgani that she can't be moved. T.C. is back and on helicopter patrol, rescuing a girl without a clue her 4-year old son was also at the accident site. Furthermore his sister in law reappears and sides with his ex Jordan on the expected prudence of future fathers.
