Sex & Nudity

  • When Fran walks down the corridor, she wants to get the keys in order to enter another room, these keys are guarded by a man, he says he will give keys if Fran kisses him, you can refuse and just send a man.
  • References to sexual violence.

Violence & Gore

  • In most locations, the walls and floors are covered with blood, and there are also bloody inscriptions.
  • In the opening scene, we see Fran's dismembered parents, their body parts are divided in half, the mother's head and arms are cut off and the father's legs are separated from the body, both parents are covered in blood, this scene looks very creepy.
  • Fran's very first hallucination is very creepy, during which the doctor's office was covered in blood and severed heads and pieces of flesh fell from the ceiling.
  • It is not known for what reason this game has an age limit of T (12+). Usually games with such a restriction are not graphic. There are many horrific scenes with dead bodies, rotting flesh and dismembered people in this game. Games with rating T allow blood and violence, but not in graphic detail for realism, in the same game, despite the graphics, violence is graphic and realistic, so the game deserves an age limit of M (17+) for Intense violence and Gore, child abuse and dismemberment scenes.
  • Lots of scenes with dead people and animals. If Fran takes the pills, the environment will change in a more different direction, people will be dead and dismembered and the atmosphere will become very creepy.

Profanity

  • Infrequent uses of damn, hell, bitch and bastard.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • A young girl takes pills that make her hallucinate a gory alternate version of the world throughout the game.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • The entire game has a disturbing, depressing, grotesque atmosphere.
  • Lots of violence and gore, but the presentation is surreal and cartoony.
  • This game is very emotional and creepy, it tells about a girl with a mental disorder who wants to find the killer of her parents. The whole atmosphere is very creepy and depressing, especially realizing that the main character is just a child. Creepy hallucinations of child abuse as well as many terrifying images.
  • The game is very emotional, crazy, and terrifying. Many scenes with blood can be disgusting and the hallucinations of the main character are very creepy.
  • The main heroine kills their parents being possessed by evil. Very graphically disgusting and frightening.
  • Remor is a creepy monster that haunts our main character. He looks terrible, a horned monster with glowing eyes and sharp teeth, it was because of Fran that she killed her parents, because she was under his power.

Sex & Nudity

  • One patient is mentioned to be "sexually abused", and if Fran takes a pill, she will turn into a ragdoll with bloody handprints upon obscene areas while a black figure of which resembles and old man looms over her. However there is no nudity throughout the game.

Violence & Gore

  • Twins are sewn together in a grotesque, revolting fashion.
  • During the prologue, an explicit scene of Fran Bow's parents gruesome murders is seen.
  • Fran had a hallucination in which she saw herself, her other version sat on a fancy throne, at one point another version of Fran pulls out a knife and rips open the belly of the cat, a lot of blood is pouring.
