- Over the top gory violence and splatter through out, the gore effects never get to realistic and even look comical.
- A elderly man gets infected by mold and starts to wash his hands which only make his condition even worse, he peels the skin off his hand until green slime erupts from the wound. The man develops green sores all over his face, slime and blood starts to leak from his trousers. He starts to scratch his head which results in him tearing off his skin and flesh, blood and slime is seen squirting out of his head. His face turns green and bloody and finally disintegrates.
- A man gets attacked by mutant rats (Obviousily puppets) who chew his face up, the man smashes one of the rats against the wall. Crushing it, the rat appears to be still alive and chews in the man's stomach. The man gets shot to pieces (LITERALLY) with machine guns by the security in order to prevend a virus outbreak. The whole scene is extremely bloody.
- A infected man crawls over the floor in pain, his face splits open and a mutated rat pops out.
- A mutated man rips a man's spine out of his back.
- A man gets his fingers shot off.
- A man gets sprayed in the face and his eyes burn away.
- A man drinks poisoned water and he vomits blood and slime.
- A man's stomach bursts open and a mutated hand which grows out of him crushes his head.
- An infected man starts to dismember a mutated man with an axe, the man who gets dismembered swings at the head of his attacker and decapitates him.
- An infected man's head bursts open, his floating brains can be seen.
- A man's head gets torn off with his spinal cord still attached to his head.

- It depends on what you consider as intens or frightening, the whole film is mostly gory with squirting blood and slime. There are no jumpscares.
