If Lisa Schwartz's Party Girl didn't sate your appetite your foul-mouthed party princess humor, then Royally should provide just the magic you're looking for. The six-episode series, which stars Rachel B. Joyce as a birthday party entertainer named Mel who doubles as a small-time con, is now available on YouTube.
Royally, which we first heard about when it was raising post-production funds on Seed & Spark earlier this year, is a satire of cheery princess stories that presents its heroine as a jaded, biting performer. Mel has chosen her line of work because it gives her access to the homes of rich parents, thus giving her the opportunity to swipe loose wallets and raid the medicine cabinet. The show's first episode begins with Mel employing a sly hustle to drum up more clients.

Freeform has gone live with Party Girl, a 10-episode original shortform series from New Form and Maker Studios now available on its website and Hulu. The comedy was co-created by YouTube personality Lisa Schwartz and The Goldbergs writer Lacey Friedman. Schwartz also stars. Close to two years after its pilot first premiered, Party Girl has arrived in full. The comedy series, which features YouTube star Lisa Schwartz as a party princess who deals with rambunctious children while she’s on the clock and lets loose once she’s off it, is now available through Disney’s Freeform website, the Freeform app, and Hulu.
Party Girl, produced by New Form Digital and Maker Studios, draws from Schwartz’s own life; before she became a YouTube star, she worked as a party princess. Alongside writer Lacey Friedman, she used her experiences as the basis for a comedy project that first premiered within New Form’s February 2015 incubator series. 14 months after that, New Form and Maker shared multiple episodes from the series at the Tribeca Film Festival. Now, in tandem with Freeform (which was known as ABC Family until January 2016), they are bringing a full season to viewers.

Party Girl has been more than a year in the making, but it is nearing completion. Three episodes of the comedy, in which YouTube star Lisa Schwartz pokes fun at her former life as a party princess, screened at this year’s Tribeca Film Festival.
In Party Girl, Schwartz stars as a young woman who is a party entertainer by day and a hot mess by night. Each episode features its own ridiculous scenario; in the ones screened at Tribeca, Schwartz must deal with a birthday boy who has no friends, a pair of social-media famous girls, and a urine-related incident. The jokes fly fast and free, and the show’s tone is fun and carefree. Schwartz, who worked at kids’ birthday parties before finding a home on YouTube, plays her role with certainty.
