So this looked promising, but like every episode of Haunted Hospitals, where I start watching with twinkly-eyed expectancy, the show totally dissolved into nonsense.
First, it's this man who used to work as a phlebotomist, and I was expecting his spooky story, when it switched to years later, when this lady bought the Pittsburgh hospital. Ok. Fine. I'll watch that. So, she opens up and starts cleaning it up all by herself. (Really?? Couldn't hire a crew for the huge building!? That cheap, huh?)
Then she has 1 spooky encounter where the spook hurts her, and she calls a paranormal team. Maybe we're 18 mins in, and this turns into Ghost Adventures. The guy from the original team says he takes video footage of everything. Really?? Let's see it then! But nope. The show switches to the actors' reenactment and not once did they provide original footage at all to corroborate their tall-tale claims. Why??
It got worse when the show switched to gray scale or "night vision". Compeltely boring episode, nothing happens except for people claiming being touched or injured by invisible forces, and just a couple of CGI'd ghoul children are seen. That's pretty much it.
This episode was the finale that tanked the series. No more episodes after this. Series kept going downhill in the last 2 seasons and I didn't even watch penultimate episode. 4/10.
