Lady Gaga was forced to stop her Miami Hard Rock Stadium show on Saturday because of rain and lightning conditions.
The pop star issued a tearful apology on Instagram to her fans.
“We really tried to finish the show tonight in Miami, but we couldn’t, because even when the rains sort of stopped there was lightning that was striking right down to the ground so close to us,” she said in a video post.
“I know that for a really long time I’ve always wanted to be that hardcore bad b–ch, but what I really want is to also be responsible and loving, and I don’t know what I would do if anything happened to anybody in the audience, or to any member of my crew or my band or my dancers.”
Ironically, fans were awaiting the performance of her 2020 single “Rain on Me” when the show was stopped.

Rapper and songwriter Cardi B recently took to her social media to share an adorable video of her daughter singing to Lady Gaga’s ‘Bad Romance’, reports ‘People’ magazine. In a video posted to the ‘Wap’ hitmaker’s Instagram stories — that has since been replaced with new clips — Cardi B’s daughter Kulture Kiari appears to request her mom play a specific song, to which Cardi, 29, replies “The Ra Ra song? How does the Ra Ra song go?”
According to ‘People’, Kulture, 4, proceeds to sing some words from ‘Bad Romance’, then gets a little shy as she gets to the “want your bad romance” portion. After her performance, Kulture asks in the video for the song again, saying “now put it!” with a big grin. “My baby so pretty,” Cardi wrote on the post.
Cardi and husband Offset, 30, also share an 11-month-old son, Wave Set. Offset is also father to daughter Kalea,...

Madonna’s daughter Lourdes Leon has launched her music career with her debut single “Lock&Key”, which contains a reference to Lady Gaga.
On Wednesday (24 August), the 25-year-old fashion model released the song under the name Lolahol.
Co-produced by Eartheater, the single combines Leon’s gentle vocals with experimental electro beats, to produce a quick-paced club bop.
“No sleep, next plane, no sleep, make-up, next club, next car, next plane, no sleep, no fear,” Leon sings on the track.
The lyrics seem to make a nod toward the “Bad Romance” singer’s response in an old interview to describe her work ethic and lifestyle: “No sleep, bus, club, ‘nother club, ‘nother club, plane, next place, no sleep, no fear.”
Gaga and Madonna share a complex history. In 2011, some of Madonna’s fans accused Gaga of copying her 1989 song “Express Yourself” for the 2011 track “Born This Way”.

A curious thing is happening online: Out of seemingly nowhere, Lady Gaga’s 2009 VMA performance of “Paparazzi” is a trending sound on TikTok. If you watched it live 13 years ago, it always stuck with you. It was one of the most shocking and sensational star-making performances of any pop artist’s career.
Onstage at New Jersey’s MetLife Stadium Thursday night, Gaga performed the song in a palace-like setting. After performing an extended, dramatic piano interlude, she emerged with fake blood covering her white bodysuit, belting the chorus like her life depended on it.
