Toy Story 5
Without a doubt one of the worst Street Art films to have ever been created. Movies are like graffiti in that just because you can doesn't mean you should, as in you can watch "INFAMY" which was referenced in the movie and see REAL graffiti. Straight letters and paste ups are cringe, if you're doing something like that you do it in a high volume area. I get this must've been an experience for everyone involved in making it but the art is bad the graffiti is bad what makes real street art movies stand out like "Wildstyle" "Style wars" and "INFAMY" is the authenticity and that those people were from the culture not disconnected and studying it and not only that is there wasn't a shortage of good and distinct styles that they spent years honing and socializing with their peoples to adopt things they've learned instead of tagging super moderate phrases about cellphones and living paycheck to paycheck and the reviews hyping this up is why garbage like this gets to production phase be real with yourself and your crew with each other instead of gambling time, resources and money on trying to do something important to a culture you don't have access to. This is not a shepard fairey story lmfao or banksy sorry to rip but try a different genre and actually study the space you are working in no matter the genre. Be a student.
