[At around 3:20] When Amy approaches Jonah and says "We should probably talk", the towels in his hands change between shots.
In the very first shot, when Amy tells Jonah she's pregnant, there is a pile of trash bags off to her right. For the rest of the scene, the bags have all been piled up around the trash bin off to Jonah's left. The first shot was reused from the end of the previous episode.
When Jonah goes to talk to Amy in the break room during the "movie premier," his hands go from folded in front of him, to down by his sides, to on his hips between shots.
Cheyenne is holding out the "Little Bitch" onesie so that the text is facing Amy. The camera angle changes and suddenly the text is facing Cheyenne.
Near the end, Jonah says, "I say we do both. Throw in Panera. It's a brunch crawl." However, in St. Louis, all Panera Bread stores are called St. Louis Bread Company, commonly referred to as "Bread Co." by locals.
Glenn announces that it is Mother's Day "this weekend." The previous episode took place on May 4th ("Cinco de Mayo Eve," as Amy described it). This episode takes place the following day. Mother's Day 2018 was on May 13th, so there would be 8 days between when this episode takes place and Mother's Day, more than a week apart, so there's no way Mother's Day could be "this weekend."
When Bo and Cheyenne bring in Harmonica's old baby stuff for Amy, they say they were going to take it to Goodwill but decided to give the charity directly to Amy instead. Goodwill is a for-profit company, not a charity.
