The Pitts (2003)
Insane and outragously hilarious!
20 April 2003
It's nice to see humour that isn't just off the wall...it is all over the place. I just love this show, and it's sad peple don't apreciate it. The concept is funny...where a family with luck worse then the unluckiest person. Is it far-fetched? dang skippy it is...that's the point. where normal things never happen, and the outlandish do...a show where something remote is also very likely. I also like the obvious gags and spoofs...like being possessed, terrorized by a obsessed girfriend/date. This is a gem, and despite the obvious cornyness, it's very clever and layed out. It will probily get canceled, cause people just don't get it...that's why we loose great shows like Family Guy....and keep bore fests like King of the Hill. The Pitts show...if something is to happen...no matter how remote...it will happen. I give this a 8.5 outta 10.

Spider-Man (2002)
10/10
The *best* superhero movie....*ever!*
7 May 2002
I remember when this movie was first announce 10 years ago, and being a Spidy fan, I was eager to see it....and at times, wasn't sure if it would come out. Well, I just saw it, and man oh man di it ever blow me away! I just loved it, and is a definate must to see and get on DVD. Now a days, it's hard to get wowed by a movie, cause you seen this, saw that....mostly everything has been seen or done. Matrix was awsome, cause it gave us something new, and the last movies that wowed me was Harry Potter, and Lord of the Rings. Now, Spidy was just a great movie, and the Goblin was a cool villian. Basicly we see how Peter Parker deals with the new found powers, but also deal with everyday problems, and the guilt that has fallen upon him. When X-Men topped Batman for superhero movies, setting the bar of what to expect...Spidy did the same to that movie. We have a new champ folks.

Family Guy (1999– )
A show that really makes me laugh
2 May 1999
I just love it! It's a great cartoon, that I hope sticks around for a long time. It's comical and witty, and goofy, like if Airplane or Naked Gun was animated. Most people might think it's just plain stupid, but there is a lot of wit to it, and a lot of jokes that can be missed, references to commercials and takes on TV and movies (Like the Critic, which I miss a lot) One example was when Peter was in the bank with robbers, the run goes off, and they cut to this kid, exclaiming that he just bought a JFK pez dispenser, which naturally gets shot. Another was when the German sausage vender, who looks like Hitler, takes control over the Polish both, then glances over at the Chechz's booth, and even the Mento's (Minto's parody they did as well). there is a lot of things, that is as crazy as Simpsons, and a lot of parodies to movies, and al ot of quick one liners, such as "I'm sorry Timmy, you need 15 tickets to live" It's also the side stories or flashbacks, that happen when a character makes reference to some event. I find this show funny and clever, and do wish it would stick around, showing that Fox is just as outrageous as ever. :)I think this, with Simpson's, Sunday's 8 o'clock hour is one hilarious stitch after another. God bless those folks at Fox :)
