Wrist Lock: The Martial Arts' Influence on Police Use of Force (2022)
Run, don't walk to watch this film!!

I have been in law enforcement almost 30 years and wow!! This film brings to life so many aspects of policing, way beyond just defensive tactics. The importance of mental health is something that is still not talked about among the profession. As a practitioner of martial arts for over 40 years, this film really does do a great job at walking a first responder through the importance of self care. Jason Harney highlights this topic in a way to foster the conversation without gild and shame and provides a way to channel the stress of the job. I would highly recommend this film to any first responder, fan of martial arts, or anyone looking to self-improve your own abilities. Well done. 10* review.
