Overall, pretty good crime drama. Well acted and strong story. However, lots of cringy moments with preachy misandry. Gillian's role is basically a "flip" of a mysoginist. The other elements of the show are worth a look.

Like most stuff from HBO (and Hollywood), gratuitous male frontal nudity (penis) and toxic male stereo types. A fine example of one of the many double standards in modern entertainment (female genitalia is taboo). Nothing interesting.

HBO crossed way over the line with this Show. The amount and portrayal of full frontal male nudity makes the show show uncomfortable and unwatchable. Not done to celebrate the male form, more to humiliate or belittle men.

Focus of first few episodes is over the top objectification /humiliation of men, which is uncomfortable to watch. Enjoyed previous seasons of AHS and was looking forward to this season. Unfortunately, the writing is poor and the story in not interesting.
