After watching the pilot, I can see so many ways the story can go, I'm definitely looking forward to seeing more! I think the costumes are gorgeous and the casting is fantastic.

I agree with other reviewers in that I don't understand the people that are complaining about "historical inaccuracies", or that it's just rehashing every other sci-fi/fantasy series. If I t was supposed to be historically accurate it would have been a documentary or a period piece, not a fantasy show. As far as just copying past shows, well, that can be said about almost any show or movie out there.
Life's too short to be negative! Television shows and movies are meant as an escape.
Oh, and to the reviewer that talked about a murder of crowd... your definition was interesting, but a "murder" of crows is referring to a grouping of crows. Just like a "gaggle of geese" or a "parliament of owls". ;)
