Movies From The Last 100 Years That I Would Watch Again (1919-2020)

I have watched an absolute SHITLOAD of movies the past 5 years or so - well over a thousand of them - ranging all the way from the silent era to today. I have scraped the bottom of the barrel using IMDB's advanced search in order to find all of these movies to watch - popular ones, diamonds in the rough, foreign films, etc, etc, etc.
This list is comprised of all of the movies that I have watched and enjoyed enough to keep copies of them on my home theater server to possibly watch again.
There were of course movies that I watched and liked enough to watch once, but never again. And further still, there were many more films that I attempted to watch over that time, but didn't finish because they didn't hold my interest or I realized they weren't my cup of tea.
I will say that I tend to lean more heavily towards the drama side of things and not so much comedy. With rare exceptions, I especially do not care for comedies of the 1930s to 1960s, as I almost never find them funny.
If a movie ain't listed here, most likely means I either haven't seen it, or didn't enjoy it enough to hang onto a copy of it.

This is a list of movies that are rated 7.4 or lower (as of 8/7/20), which I feel should have a higher rating - in some cases perhaps just a .1 or .2 higher, in others the film is substantially lower than I feel it should be.

I've watched well over a thousand movies the last five years, ranging from the silent era to today, and these are what I consider the best Comedy films, and ones that I would watch again.
I tend to lean more towards comedies that also have drama mixed in as well.
I don't really care too much for comedies of the 1930s to 1960s, as I almost never find them funny, though there are obvious exceptions listed here.
And I'm also not too much of a fan of the modern raunchy kinds of comedy either, ie Adam Sandler, Will Ferrell, etc.

Boiling Point (2021)
Send this one back to the kitchen

This sounded intriguing, and I will admit the acting was good. But talk about predictable - as soon as they mentioned 'nut allergy' you knew that was going to come up later. Movie just got very tedious by the end.
This cannot be the way normal restaurants operate, with 'crises' occurring every minute, of course all converging on this one night. And half the staff was just lolly-gagging around, chatting, answering phone calls, smoking cigarettes, meeting people outside, sitting at a customer's table for 5 minutes, etc, etc. How the hell do these people keep their jobs. Sad state of affairs in this world when people half-assing their jobs is presented as being 'normal'.
