Cheap, cheap, cheap! My sister stole this movie from her boyfriend and that's how I watched it. A man and his friend need some money. They are dead broke so they decide to let one of them be a preacher and the other a deacon of a church. A few years later, their plan is actually working and he is stealing most of the money from the church of the do offering. Meanwhile, lady of the congregation needs some money for her house and her kid. The "preacher" has of job of giving out loans but, it's not really a business he owns, it's like a cover-up. Well the lady desperately needs help and money or she'll lose her house. She goes to the preacher and asks him and he says, "You need something I got and I want what you have." Or something like that. Well, she of course, sleeps with the preacher to support her son and get the money,in the office room he "works" at. The lady is now trying to forget what she did and is trying to fall in love with some other guy from the church who looks like he came straight out of crazy bin.It as a great storyline, but god, how it was brought out was horrible! If you have patience I think you can handle this, because I seriously think someone spiked my drink for me to have waste time and energy to walk it.

The Grudge 2 actually keeps going and continue on with family or whatever. It was very horrible and tried to be so frightening or scary when it wasn't. Examples, when the counselor says they're already here and then the girl turns around and everyone is screaming, not called for. And when the old man does that yaddy, yaddy, thing to the girl and then you see the boy, wasn't called for. I personally think that the mother of the girl shouldn't have been there (the one the girl kept calling when she was in the hospital). Unless they have another movie where the lady dies. When the girl pees on herself was funny, but wasn't called for either. She didn't even see her, just her feet. ALso when the light cut off as the grudge sister thing walks wasn't necessary. The movie was pretty good with a little improvement. THey tried to make the movie something it really wasn't.
