There are very few movies in India which are milestones. That's why they are called milestones. I can't disclose any part of the movie. This is to give full respect to each and every member of this movie. Such a beautiful, artistic, technical and humanly made movie. Very very rare combo of commercial and art movie, just like movies like Titanic and so. I can say it is better than titanic. So much hard work on its screenplay, set design, dialogues, all suuuuuuuuuperbbbb. This movie is a big hope that Indian cinema is still alive. In nutshell it is THE MOVIE WHICH YOU SHOULD WATCH BEFORE YOU DIE'. Just just unbelievable movie.

Useless movie

Tjough it is easier to make nice and effective movies on crime but Anurag kashyap even fail to make an ordinary one with this subject. Wastage of time.
Level of direction has drastically gone down now a days.
Though with passage of time new film maker will emerge from social media.
Zameel khan role is pretty ordinary. Better see in Gullak web series where he has done 100 times better role.
Dialogues are very poor. Screenplay is nothing. Story is less than ordinary Manoj bajpai looking older than the role given to him.
Movie is far away from reality. One must see Pan Singh tomar instead. That's the way crime movies should be made.
I can't bear this movie.
Its first shot itself tells you the whole story.

Nice movie, story, camera work. Superb acting of Pran and Nargis. Evergreen ghazals of Madan mohan and lata di combo.
Story has many turning points. Movie is directed in commercial manner but written in artistic way. No hype.
Acting of Pran is watchable. Same is with Nargisji. Supporting staff has done nice work. Though they have short roles but the director has not compromised with the quality of starcast. Big names chosen for every role.
Camera work is beautiful. Such closeup shooting is finished these days as the actors and directors are busy showing tamasha and noisy pop songs.
Madan mohan's songs are evergreen as usual. Lata didi's magical performance is our heritage and she is icon in singing arena.
Lyrics arr very nicely penned by Rajendra krishan.
Overall a must watch movie.
