My biggest problem with this movie was how the male character talks about his life and widowhood. He's telling Willow that he had a plan: go to law-school, become a lawyer, get married, have children and become partner at the firm... but the plan got derailed. I mean, yeah, your wife died!!! There's no pain in his loss, more like annoyance that his life plan just went in a different direction because the mother of his child died and now he is refocusing on his priorities: make partner. I mean, I don't doubt that there are plenty of people who feel like that but usually in these type of movies, you expect some feeling: sadness, regret, pain, or something like that... but not here! Well, I was just thinking, sorry that the death of your wife change your timeline for becoming partner at your law-firm. There's no feeling at all. And yes, I agree that the female character is also annoying and obsessive.
