Please. Don't try remaking this film. Cuttputtli is nowhere near this classic thriller.
The performance of the cast was stunning. The movie comfortably shifts from a nail-biting thrilling plot to classy moments which have the capabilities to bring out cheers from the audience. The masses love a film with a pounding background music and a little action. But there are also people like me who put the plot and cinematography above in the priority list. And oh boy this film delivers in all forms! Checks all the boxes.
I removed 2 stars because of inaccuracies in the investigative procedures shown in the movie, the plot conveniences and a few cliches, especially during the climax. However, the climax was fantastic to look at and that's what the audience asked for.
Overall, a must-watch film. Especially if you are a fan of Tamil films.
