A Shop for Killers (2024– )
10/10
Excellent show with excellent acting
8 February 2024
Warning: Spoilers
Heyo, people. Recently, I just finished watching another show. It's Korean and it's called A Shop for Killers. And I'd like to write a review for it.

The story is very well-written. Well, it is based on a novel. What I wanna say the story is little different than we are used to. The story's stuck in one place throughout the eight episodes, but it is interwoven with the main characters' past. This show is 'bout a girl named Jeong Ji-an. She lived with her uncle, Jeong Jin-man, until it began to seem he died. The reason why she stayed at her uncle's, is that her parents out of nowhere passed away (well, were killed). With the uncle's death, Ji-an begins to uncover secrets about him, and why she's the target of some crazy shooters...

I liked the unique style of the story. As I mentioned before, it was based on the past of the characters. Every episode gets wilder as we uncover the secrets and things that happened. It was thrilling, and the ending was an absolute icing on the cake, I can say.

The acting of the actors was amazing as well. We got to see Ji-an's childhood, and how she spent time with her uncle. TBH, in some scenes, I was little angry because of her behavior, but I guess I found an easy explanation... girl's puberty. Lol.

In my opinion, we got to see an another amazing show at the start of this year, and that makes it even more cool. A little fun fact is that I watched is together with Hazbin Hotel, because both shows' episodes were coming out around the same dates.

Another fun fact: this show is full of self-defense skills. And because I was visiting the self-defense class for the past few moths, I recognized some moves, and it became a cool example for another moves.

I give it 10/10.

Hazbin Hotel (2019– )
10/10
Worth of wait
2 February 2024
Warning: Spoilers
Hi, peeps. I just finished the 1st season of Hazbin Hotel, and decided to write a little review.

The story was absolutely amazing and well-writen. I liked how it is connected with Heaven not just through the hotel. I can say Heaven's Adam was really annoying. But on the other side, his twisted personality showed that Heaven has not been so good how we always thought...

The animation was groundbreaking. If I compare it to the Pilot episode from 2019, it has made a great progress (and it is understandable why we had to wait almost 5 years now - and it was worth it!). I loved the new designs of the characters we got to know before. And because Alastor is my favorite character from this series, I liked his animation as well. His character was absolutely amazing, and I liked how he was on the 'hotel group' side as a powerful demon.

All the episodes showed a really lot to the story. Also, Charlie's visit in Cannibal Town was a cool point. The characters' development could be seen throughout the episodes, and that's what makes them more relatable and amazing.

BTW, loved the ending of the last episode!

Can't wait for other seasons!

I give it 10/10.

A great comeback
15 December 2023
Warning: Spoilers
Hello, everyone. Today I'm gonna review an awaited movie for the decades. It's a really long time since Chicken Run came out (man, I was a kiddo when I saw that movie). And now, we got the second movie, Dawn of the Nugget.

The movie tells a story about chickens living on an island, free from the cruel farm life. The main heroes, Ginger and Rocky, have got a baby called Molly. As she grows, she starts to be fascinated by the outside world. And one time, she manages to do something, well, expectable... When I saw the trailer, I was fascinated about that movie. It showed us interesting elements, and also one movie spicy twist. The story was cool, and TBH I kinda like the movie tries to show the cruel reality of how meat is made. It was shivering down my spine, and well, it's not the first time I was thinking about becoming a vegetarian.

I think we can notice how animation improved. Aardman is well-known for its stop-motion and clay animation techniques, so we can see a considerable improved, if I compare it with the 1st movie and Wallace and Gromit: The Curse of the Were-Rabbit.

As I mentioned before, I was surprised by the movie twist - and that was the villain. In this case, it's cool the creators just used the same one, and no new villain appeared. It added its vivacity to the movie. I cannot imagine how it would look with another villain.

TBH, I couldn't wait for this movie to come out. I remember false commercials were all over on the internet. But now we can see the true one.

I was satisfied with this movie. At the end of it, I think there were some weird moments when I was asking: Why do they do like nothing happens? But it's normal in the movies.

I give it 8/10.

Christmas DreamWorks special
1 December 2023
Warning: Spoilers
(Warning: May Contain Spoilers.)

Hi peeps. December is finally here, and new Christmas specials are coming. One of them is this one, which came out on Netflix yesterday, and I immediately watched it.

This X-Mas special is about the Bad Guys gang saving the city's mood, which was ruined after destroying a big balloon Santa Claus. But actually, they just want to continue doing their job - stealing... The animation was magical. Like it was in The Bad Guys movie, the movements and characters were amazing. I loved its style.

The story was cool as well. I loved its deep meaning - how the Bad Guys actually wanted to save the city, although they are considered to be 'the bad guys'. That was so lol and magical at the same time.

TBH, this special was pretty funny. The people's reaction to the things happening was just so lol. I think you might have sometimes the moment 'Wow, you really believe it?', but I think it's the interesting point in this world, and why the Bad Guys are so good in disguises, although they are (almost) the only animals.

I liked the ending. Something unexpected came in use, and everybody loved it. That was so cool.

I didn't have any idea about this special coming out, 'till I read a list of X-Mas specials coming out this year (which was at the end of November...). But I'm glad this came out. Last year I enjoyed The Guardians of the Galaxy: Holiday Special, and this year we can see another awesome holiday special. Plus, even more amazing it is with the fact DreamWorks already made another X-Mas specials, like Madagascar or Kung-Fu Panda.

I recommend it to watch it. It brings the true holiday spirit for this year.

I give it 8/10.

Expedition to the Moon
5 November 2023
Heyo, guys! I'm back with reviewing! Sorry for no posts, I took a break for a month, because I had many things to do. It's getting better, so I'm gonna be posting more reviews again.

Back to today's review. I've recently finished watching a new Netflix series called The Silent Sea. I was curious about it. I was thinking like: It is gonna be a story in space. It might be something like Interstellar or Alien/s. Let's see then.

What can I say about it? The Silent Sea was thrilling. The story began with the world where not too much water was, and there was happening some experiment on the Moon. So some sort of people had to accomplish a mission with gathering a sample of some thing. That thing is more dangerous and weirder than anyone could think.

The story may surprise you. And that's what I like about it. TBH I expected to see some aliens or a species that live on the Moon, but the other thing was interesting, too.

The acting and the effects were well-made though. Especially the intro and the ending (I mean the end of episode 8). Gotta love the intro.

Also the music was perfect. The creators succeeded at making it souding like it is in space.

I should mention the ending made me suprised. You can take a look at who survived and who didn't, and how it is beautiful to look at Earth from the Moon.

I give it 7.5.

(I hope I made it understandable. I'm a bit tired.)

Bad and Crazy (2021–2022)
10/10
How funny their relationship is
5 November 2023
Today I'm reviewing a series called Bad and Crazy, as promised. I finished watching the episode 12 recently.

I can say this is one of the best shows I have ever seen. Great story, great story, I have no words. Each new episode made me more surprised than the previous one. New things, new plot twists, new reveals. The relationship between Su Yeol and K was magical. Really. At the first sight, Su Yeol was annoyed by him and seemed to be a big problem. As the story goes, they are getting alone more with each other and ending finding out they might not be able to live without each other. Awesome! K was like his brother.

The plot twists were unbelievable. You see something happening in one episode, then changing to something else.

I should mention some scenes were laughable. It kept its humour in it, and I liked.

It was worth it to wait every week for new episode(s).

P. S.: Loved the intro!

I give it 10/10.

A Korean version of Money Heist
5 November 2023
So, today I'm gonna review a series after a longer time. I've known about a Spanish series called Money Heist on Netflix, but never watched yet. In the end of June, there appeared another series (well, a remake) Money Heist: Korea - Joint Economic Area. This time, I decided to watch the remake at least.

I know. I didn't see the original one, but I'm gonna review just with an 'amateur point of view', like I did at Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City.

Where should I begin? The series is taken from the Korean perspective. The story's about 'uniting' both of the nations to fight the robbers that just broke into the Bank of Korea. The robbers are made up of losers or just underdogs (everybody has the names of world cities) - Berlin, Rio, Moscow, Nairobi, Denver, Helsinki, Oslo and Tokyo. They are led by the Professor, who's hidden and watches the situation in the bank through cameras. The gang captured the whole bank and made it inapproachable. Everyone's afraid the robbers are going to kill them, but everything seems to be different... The story is just as cool as it could be. A refined plan, interesting story, interesting characters. We also get to see the history between the North Korea and South Korea at the beginning, which sets a unique atmosphere. The robbers have interesting personalities. My favorite ones became Denver and Tokyo, because they were also heroic at few moments (well, that's a longer story). But in the end it was OK.

Events happening outside the bank were exciting. I don't want to spoil here too much, so I just say everything was like on a swing. Once someone gets an idea, it shows up to be defenseless anyway.

There are 6 episodes for now. I'm curious if there will be another ones, because I really want to know the ending.

I give it 8/10.

The view of life
5 November 2023
Well, here I come with another review. This review focuses on The Sound of Magic. It's a completely different genre, but I can say very calming one.

The Sound of Magic is a Korean series, which came up on Netflix at the beginning of May. It tells a story about a poor girl Yoon Ah-yi, who lives with her younger sister alone in a rented house. Mom left them when Ah-yi was little, and dad works somewhere else, not coming back. One day, she learns about an existence of a magician living in an abandoned amusement park. They slightly become friends, and he shows her what magic tricks he can do... I'd like to began with the story. At the beginning, that means mainly the first episode, it almost looked like a traditional Disney movie - there were scenes with singing, dancing, and many supernatural phenomena (e.g. Flying horses, huge fireworks). This all went well with the story and the meaning of the series. Later on, we got to experience that behind the magic there's a dark side. The magician (I will call him Korean Houdini, lol) seemed to be quiet suspicious of what he does.

But thanks to him, Ah-yi and her friend from school learn how magical and beautiful life is. This might be my the most favorite about it. Behind all the dark things, there also exists hope and a beautiful side. Good job!

The effects were incredible, mainly in the scenes with magic of course. What I learned about Korean series so far, they specialize on particular moments. This might be another reason why I'm starting to like 'em... I got a feeling the ending was left open. If you watch the series, you just get many questions and wonders. Is there gonna be season 2... ?

In my opinion, it was a great series. Everything was well-made, the acting excelled.

P. S.: That macaw was cute.

I give it 8/10.

Lightyear (2022)
10/10
'You're mocking me, aren't you?'
5 November 2023
Hi peeps! I hope you're doing good today, and I'm bringing you a new review. This time I'm gonna be talking about the movie Lightyear that came out in June.

Lightyear is a Pixar movie connected to Toy Story franchise. When I heard about this being in works, I looked forward to it. Actually, Buzz Lightyear used to be my favorite character in Toy Story movies, so even better. The plot of the movie tells about Lightyear and his crew being stuck on a planet and in following years building a colony there. Buzz is trying to find a way how to get home, but every attempt is unsuccessful... Let's talk about story. TBH, I loved everything that happened there. Traveling to the future, a cute robo-cat Sox being everywhere, fighting with Zurg, new characters appearing... Everything was just interestingly made. And plus the outstanding animation. I have no words.

The characters were mostly sympathetic. The creators left Buzz with his typical temper from TS (and also the famous line - 'You're mocking me, aren't you?'). Lol. Another character that caught my attention was the leader Alisha Howthorne. I liked how she supported Buzz despite his mistakes. What a shame she wasn't there for a longer time.

BTW, do you remember the twist of Zurg and Buzz from Toy Story 2? It had played its role in the movie, too! But it was quite different. (Sorry, I don't wanna spoil here too much.) Anyway, I don't see particularly any negatives. I enjoyed the movie from the beginning to the end. It met my expectations, maybe even better.

P. S.: Again, I read few reviews and a lot of people didn't like it. I was little surprised because I thought it's gonna be as awaited as TS movies. But OK, everyone's opinion.

I give it 10/10.

When Native Americans meet an alien
5 November 2023
When I came home yesterday, I sat in my bed and was thinking of what movie I should watch. I went through the list of movies I haven't watched yet, and I decided to choose Prey. Again, I was lazy to watch it, but it was great seeing there's another movie with the Predator.

So, let me tell you a little bit about the movie called Prey (also known as Skull). Prey's plot is set in the times where the Native Americans ruled the American continent. We get to see Naru, a girl that dreams about being a hunter. She also has a brother who helps her with it. One day, the tribe finds out there's something big and dangerous living in the forest. Naru and her fellows catch a carnivorous animal which the tribe thought it was the reason actually. But Naru thinks it wasn't an ordinary animal... Let's begin with the story. What I can say, Prey has an excellent plot. Because there is a bit of history in it, it gives us different points of view. The movie shows us how the Indigenous people could deal with the dangerous 'thing from the space'.

The CGI effects were excellent as well. I liked the animals and the Predator itself. I remember when I saw the trailer and read few comments, many people argued that the effects look terrible. Well, the trailer is the trailer. In my opinion, they don't appear as bad as it was told.

The characters were interesting. I can say, this is the first after a longer time where I could sympathize with almost nobody. The exception was Naru. She represented the sense of trying and becoming something we dream of.

The last thing I wanna talk about is the Predator. Such a cool design it has! I don't wanna compare it with other designs of Predators, but I liked it very much.

In my opinion, it was a cool movie. It had almost everything. Definitely worth to watch. Especially for the fans of Alien and Predator franchises.

I give it 8/10.

That one lucky Minion...
5 November 2023
Hi, peeps. As I've been lying sick in my bed at home, I decided to watch another movie and the, upload a review. So let's go.

Minions: The Rise of Gru is a sequel movie to the first Movie Minions. It's about, of course, Minions who already work with Gru. This movie is focused on a group of villains Vicious 6, which has been Gru's dream to join. Vicious 6 has stolen a magical stone, and when Gru's dream falls apart, he creates another plan... The first of all, the story was well-made. I loved the introduction of the villains and their steeling plan. Well, the whole story was followed by the Minions. They were funny, although I had sometimes a feeling that some jokes are unnecessary, but whatever. They were still funny.

Animation was pretty cool as well. I absolutely loved the final fight scene with Chinese zodiac signs animals. That was the coolest part of the movie! TBH, I thought this will happen because of the magical stone. Awesome! Really awesome!

BTW, I love the irony of the movie. The Minion named Otto had become the one who made the movie flow (I mean he was unlucky...), and then, at the end, he became the luckiest one. That was cool as well.

Also, what I really admire, is the acupuncture lady appearance. She was badass and made the movie even better. Sometimes it reminded me of Kung Fu Panda (yes, because of kung-fu).

What can I say? I'm satisfied. This movie is a cool combination of various ideas. I'm interested if there's gonna be the 3rd movie... I give it 9/10.

Animal super-power
5 November 2023
Hi everyone. It's getting colder and colder outside as Christmas are coming. Can't wait for those free days. BTW, I decided to watch another movie, and here I'm coming to post a review. Let's go, buddies.

So, DC League of Super-Pets is an animated movie based on DC heroes, currently their pets. This is a pretty cool idea, cuz I love animals. The movie tells a story about a dog named Krypto, which is a pet and a best friend of Super-Man. They live together amazing lives since their childhoods. Things get complicated when an unexpectable villain appears and kidnaps Super-Man and other Super-Heroes... Firstly, the animation is so well-made. I absolutely loved the fights, the effects of their super-powers and also the grass. That was so smooth.

Secondly, the story was interesting as well. Since I saw a trailer I was wondering what story is behind the other Super-Pets. This group just made the whole movie so cool and their appearances and tempers made it even greater.

I have to say I was surprised by the final fight. Before it, I was just saying to myself: Wow, it looks like it ends here. But no, it continues. And wow, I actually appreciate it. I had almost goosebumps.

TBH, the main villain, Lulu, reminded me a bit of the villain from The Bad Guys, because both of them were guinea pigs. I think they would create a good team (and deadly insane...).

So, what else can I say? It was cool, and the animals were loveable. You gotta love them. No wonder this movie is well-appreciated since it came out.

P. S.: Before I played the movie, I was thinking if it's gonna be little similar to Paw Patrol thing. Well, not so much. But i was surprised by the reference of it... I give it 9/10.

Some cool animated Sonic...
5 November 2023
Hi, friends. As I mentioned previously, I fell sick again and there's nothing much to do than just lie in bed and relax. Also, I noticed that a new and intresting show called Sonic Prime came out Netflix. So, let's go to talk about it for a bit... Sonic Prime is an animated series that you can watch on Netflix. It's about Sonic (of course, lol) who lives in Green Hill Zone with his friends. One day, when Dr Eggman struck again, he finds some kind of a crystal. Everybody tried to stop him, but when Sonic appeared, he touched the crystal and happened something really weird... The story was well-written. I like how Sonic travels between the various alternate universes, although this even makes it harder for Sonic to stop the chaos.

Animation is the next thing I would like to talk about. It was so well-made! I loved the effects, movements of the characters, designs of the characters etc. It was so good it surprised me. Well done!

The next thing is the personalities of the characters. TBH, some of them were sympathetic, some of them were more of annoying or rude. But it's a matter of opinion. But what I really liked was Shadow Sonic (wow, the next character of Sonic 3...). His personality was OK and complemented the plot perfectly.

This show wasn't bad at all. It was interesting and I actually can't wait for the Season 2.

P. S.: Sonic Prime... that sounds like Transformers Prime, lol.

I give it 8/10.

A nice Halloween gift
5 November 2023
Warning: Spoilers
Hi everyone. Yesterday I saw Five Nights at Freddy's with my sister, and since I haven't written any review for a long time, I would like to write one today. I'll be posting it on IMDb as well.

The movie is about a man called Mike, which lives with his sister Abby alone in a family house. Mike has trauma since childhood, which led him to a man that offers him a job in an old and closed pizzeria - Freddy Fazbear's Pizza Place. He seems to not be happy about it, but after a short time he accepts, and begins working there as a night watchman. Later on, there's more than meets the eye... TBH, the story is one of the elements I loved about this movie. At the beginning we already face an unnerving reality of the main characters, and then we see the dark facts behind the pizzeria and its 'residents'. What I also liked is that the story wasn't written according to the games, but was totally different. This gives really an interesting point to the movie. Lest I forget, the deep meaning of the story gives uncomfortable feelings.

The acting was cool as well. Josh Hutcherson as Mike did a good job in portraying his character. I liked the performance of Abby's actor, too. The way she was expressing herself and communicating with the animatronics was just astonishing.

I admired the look of the animatronics. I didn't expect them to look so realistic and amazing. Their movements were authentic though. Their shining eyes send out such warning signals that you can feel it even in the bones... Anyway, I don't know why, but Balloon Boy and Cupcake were funny, lol.

To sum up, in my opinion the whole movie is an interesting masterpiece that came up few days before (somewhere after) Halloween. So, this is not only an enjoyable gift of the year, but also a sugar-candy Halloween gift. Can't wait to do a video with this one!

I give it 10/10.

Black Adam (2022)
7/10
Interesting historical element
14 August 2023
Warning: Spoilers
(Warning: May Contain Spoilers.)

Hello everybody. As the New Year started, I thought it'd be fine to watch few movies and series I didn't get to last year. Today I watched the movie called Black Adam, another movie from the DC Universe.

Black Adam is about a man who lived as a slave in the ancient times in Kahndaq, and dreamed of heroes and something what could free them from slavery. The Gods heard him and made him become a man with superpowers, but later on he was imprisoned. Thousands of years later, he got freed from the tomb, and now he's getting used to modern times, with some enemies coming... So, the story was cool. I liked the historical connections and later revelations. The way how it is connected with Shazam is a super interesting concept for the future movies, in my opinion.

I can say the actors and actresses did a great job playing their characters. Dwayne Johnson was great at playing his anti-heroic character. Also the other characters were funny and sometimes relatable. The woman character was pretty annoying at times I can say, but we can ignore it.

What I really liked about this movie was the effects. The fights, the slowed-down moments, the scene in water... Everything was amazing! I think this is the main element which makes the movie interesting to the audience.

Also, there were some weird moments I thought could be done differently, e.g. How the woman tried to take the crown at the beginning (I dunno why but it was super weird...).

To sum up, it wasn't a bad movie. There were many references, e.g. The woman character working in jail from The Suicide Squad.

I give it 7.5/10.

With a pinch of magic atmosphere
14 August 2023
Warning: Spoilers
(Warning: May Contain Spoilers.)

What's up, everybody. Today, I'm gonna tell you something about the next movie I added to my watch list, and that is Lyle, Lyle, Crocodile.

Well, Lyle, Lyle, Crocodile is about a crocodile that can sing and walk on the hind legs. He was bought by a magician Hector, which got interested in him just because of his singing. They made a good team, but when Hector wanted him to sing in front of the audience, Lyle couldn't make it. Hector then left Lyle alone in his house for several months. This caused the crocodile meeting an interesting family, that just moved into the house... Let's begin with the story. I think that was well-made and relatable. It was nice seeing Lyle becoming a part of the family, getting new friends. But also the plot twist was pretty harsh. This movie felt like a comfortable fairytale. It actually reminded kinda of those old good movies, e.g. Babe (I mean the movie about the pig).

The animation of the crocodile and other animals itself was quite good. In my opinion, the animated cat could be done smoother, but that's just my opinion.

TBH, I absolutely loved the atmosphere and the message the movie tries to tell us. I liked how Lyle tried to most of the time to help others, no selfishness or avarice.

The last thing I'd like to say is that I liked those songs that Lyle sang. My brain couldn't stop replaying some of them, lol. They were just cool.

P. S.: The friend of the boy was awesome. She behaved like a true friend. Wish there were more people like her... I give it 8/10.

Strange World (2022)

CWACOM vibes
14 August 2023
Warning: Spoilers
(Warning: May Contain Spoilers.)

Hi peeps. Two days ago, I sat and opened my laptop to watch another movie I really wanted to see, and that is Strange World.

So, this one's story is focused on the Clade family. It begins with a classic relationship of father and son. They both do things they like, and enjoy adventures. But there comes a moment when son, Searcher Clade, disagrees with dad's plan to explore the mountains. Instead of it, Searcher finds a plant that might help their hometown Avalonia. It ends with dad leaving him. As time goes by, 25 years later Searcher has already a family. And because he loves farming, he tries to teach his son Ethan farming as well. But he says he doesn't like it. Then there comes a momment when plants begin to lose their power... The story was interesting to me. I loved how the characters met and worked together, but also all the arguments were solved. What I specially like 'bout this movie is there's no a current villain, like it was in Encanto before. It's based on some people that seem to do bad things because of misunderstanding. In my opinion, that's not a bad idea.

The animation is excellent. I absolutely loved the monsters and animals. The creators showed the creativity here. I can say it reminds me of Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2 because of the spectacular worlds with unique species.

The characters were relatable, mainly Ethan. He wanted to do want he enjoys. I take this as a big plus of the movie, because it teaches the audience that it's OK to do what we enjoy to do. And Splat the Blue Blob was cool.

To sum up, I didn't expect the movie to be this cool. From the beginning to the end it was breathtaking, and loved the ending.

P. S.: TBH, I was little surprised about the reviews before watching it, again. It's a shame it's not more popular.

I give it 8.5/10.

A cool character development
14 August 2023
Warning: Spoilers
(Warning: May Contain Spoilers.)

Hey buddies. You know it's been already a long time since I wrote my last review. The reason for this was that I wasn't able to get any time to watch anything. But as I've done my first part of my graduation exams and school is leaving us to have more time, I've been also getting more time for other things. So, today I'd like to talk about a movie that I was looking forward to, and that is Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.

Where can I start? Well, I should start with the story. We've noticed it's little different from the first movie because Chadwick Boseman, the actor that played the main hero in Black Panther, passed away. RIP.

But the story was pretty cool although the creators had to make it accompany with the death of Black Panther. The new hero, his sister Shuri, wasn't so bad. I liked her character development in the movie. She was really trying to take care of the Wakanda Kingdom, and at the end she showed us she is a great hero as well. Like her brother.

The interesting thing was the new characters (particularly strangers). A first they seemed to be some sirens-like weirdos, but then we find out they were not so different from the Wakanda people. And the things they did were pretty understandable.

As I mentioned, the end was really something. Not in a bad meaning, I absolutely loved how clever their thoughts and decisions were. What a shame our world doesn't work like this... I think the actors made a great job. The expressions and behaviors were accurate. It still felt weird without Boseman, but I think it was still a cool movie.

(Again) RIP Boseman.

I give it 8.5/10. Can't wait to watch the next MCU movie Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania!

Hello, peeps! Here I'm coming with another movie concept to review - Cocaine Bear! I wanted to watch this movie because when our teacher talked about it at school and showed us the trailer, I got interested in it.

You might know already that I uploaded a meme about this movie's trailer on my second channel. I can say it looked pretty crazy, and TBH I had never heard about this thing before. Poor bear.

Let's begin with the story. Well, the story was weaker than I expected. It was interesting with those random dudes and kids making jokes about the drug, but the whole movie was like lol. I laughed so much when there was the crazy lady holding a gun all the time and doing like 'it was not her fault'.

On the other hand, what really surprised me was the effects. They were better than I expected. I expected some more like Sharknado thing etc., but it was surprisingly more processed. The bears looked pretty real I can say.

As I meantioned previously, the whole movie was made more like a comedy TBH. I can't help myself but there were so many scenes where you laughed more than got scared, lol.

But there was a scene that was really something. Those two kiddos were actually trying to taste the drug. I went like: Wut? Are they that stupid or what?... On the other hand, this movie becomes more precious when you realize it in memory of that bear that died in the real event from 1985. But the other circumstances were shocking to me (also what the creators mentioned at the end of the movie...).

And RIP Ray Liotta. I didn't know him too much, but I believe he wasn't a bad actor.

I give it 6.5/10.

Hey, buddies. As I wanted to take a break from my long school preparation, I decided to go to watch a movie. What is even better about it is that the third movie of Guardians of the Galaxy is coming out. And now I'm writing a review here. So, let's have a look at it!

BTW, before we begin. I'm sorry for not watching and reviewing other pieces. I'll get back to them ASAP.

As always, I'd begin with the story. I can't resist but the combination of moments of misery and funny badass moments was just hilarious. The trailer already gave us a look at suffering Rocket. It surprised me what was actually behind it (I won't mention any details about it as I don't want to write spoilers here). On the other hand the funny scenes were similar to those from the previous movies and special (and maybe form the series, but I haven't seen it yet, so I can't decide). And also, TBH I'm satisfied with the ending of it.

The effects were outstanding. Battle scenes made the movie awesome even more and also different worlds. When Groot appeared on the scene, his funny expressions and fighting techniques were well-made. Rocket's design looked as good as from the previous masterpieces. And I shouldn't forget how precious was the interaction between Nebula and Gamora!

The soundtrack was so mixed up. In one moment it sounded tragic and sad, and then a moment later an American-comedy like music comes. What an interesting combination!

TBH, I didn't expect this movie to be this diverse. So many things happened there, our heroes were given their moments, and connections to the Holiday Special appeared as well. James Gunn is a real master, and the movie concept he chose this time was a good thing he did. The movie exceeded my expectations, and that is what I'm satisfied with.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 is another Chris Pratt's masterpiece. His character was awesome and hilarious as always. The Super Mario Bros. Movie and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 would make a great combination in my opinion. I'm thankful to him and other actors and actresses to see this cool movie.

P. S.: Cosmo is a good dog, lol.

I give it 10/10.

An eerie atmosphere

Warning: Spoilers
(Warning: May Contain Spoilers.)

Hi, peeps. Finally after a few months I got to watch this interesting piece. When I saw a trailer on this movie, I can say it looked pretty cool and promising to me. So here we go.

Let's begin with the story. In my opinion it was awesome and original. I loved the idea of the future-looking beginning of the movie, and then it turned into a trip to a planet (currently Earth) where we got to see the prehistoric time. This is the point I loved mostly about the movie. The creators put there nice views of landscapes, spectacular designs of the dinosaurs and even the toughness of the wild. Although I'm not a big fan of survival movies, series or games, I liked it and appreciated the idea.

The characters were a little bit of mysterious. We learned that the main character Mills had daughter that died of disease when he was away. When he landed on Earth, he met Koa, a girl trying to find her family. Both of them were the last survivors after the huge accident of a ship Mills traveled by. They were pretty sympathetic. The cool thing is that the movie showed us how they developed a good friendship, although it was bit more difficult to understand each other because of other languages. I wonder what happened to them in the end of the movie... And now hop to the most important part of the movie - dinosaurs! As I mentioned before their designs are pretty cool. We particularly saw the carnivorous ones. The fight at the end was the most badass moment in the whole movie. TBH it reminded me The Last World: Jurassic Park.

The last things I'd like to say is 65 was one of the quietest live-action movies I've ever seen. Just few sentences were spoken when wandering on Earth. Thanks to this the movie got really interesting and thrilling vibes. Plus I loved the part of the credits - it showed the evolution throughout the years to the modern time. How cool!

To summarize I think 65 was an amazing movie. I appreciate how the creators tried to make something more original varied from the other movies.

I give it 7.5/10.

Getting back to old days
14 August 2023
Warning: Spoilers
(Warning: May Contain Spoilers.)

Heyo peeps. Today I watched this one interesting piece of a movie called Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem. It got me interested in after I noticed an interesting animation style. So let's go look at it.

This movie shows us the story of the well-known traditional heroes Mutant Turtles, who mutated into human size creatures. They live with a mutated rat Splinter hidden in the sewer. We got used to expect a particular villain Shredder, but this time another villain showed up, and it appeared to be a mutant as well... I can say the story is one of the best elements of the movie. It has the flow, vibe, and also thrilling atmosphere as we want to know what happens next. Turtle heroes meet a human girl that wants to become a reporter. After this I remembered the two TMNT movies with Megan Fox. But what really caught my attention was the villain. He got some bad plans how to cope with humanity, and gives a mysterious, but a relatable vibe.

Next step is the animation. I just love the concept of unique animation style we are getting to see lately. And TBH, I'm glad this movie got this style because of how fitting it is, and also because of the comics history.

Shredder is not a bad villain and played a good role in movies and series. The fact he didn't appear in this movie is actually a good idea to me, because it opens the door for new ideas and scenarios. Seeing Turtles fighting their mate-like mutant enemies is a wonderful concept to me. The appearance of Rocksteady and Bepop reminded me of TMNT: Out of the Shadows. I loved the design of the mutants as well. Can't wait to do a video with them... Another point, also the animation thing, is how quirky some humans looked. That was just cool, no words.

I remember I saw some episodes from very old series when I was a kid, and also a quirky movie. From the modern times, I got to see a Nickelodeon series, which was pretty cool, though. Wanna say I'm glad that TMNT still get new cinematographic forms.

What is cool is a famous song sounded there. The last time I heard it was in the Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City. OMG I watched this movie when I had covid back in 2021... To sum up, I loved the movie idea and animation. It is definitely worth to watch. Maybe only one thing I felt little uncomfortable with was the vomit scenes.

P. S.: Someone called Splinter 'Ratatouille', lol.

I give it 10/10.

A kaiju-like movie
4 August 2023
Warning: Spoilers
(Warning: May Contain Spoilers.)

Hi everyone. I took a longer break from doin' videos and writing reviews, cuz I was on vacation and had to solve some college things out. Today, I'm finally gonna write a review on a movie called Ruby Gillman, Teenage Kraken. According to the trailers, it looked pretty cool.

So here's the story. This movie is about a teenage girl Ruby. She lives with her kraken family in the human city and tries to behave as a common teenager. But one day, she turned into a giant kaiju-like kraken thanks to jumping into the sea water. Ruby doesn't seem to be happy about it... Let's start with the animation this time. The movie's from DreamWorks and we got to see two movies with a newer style of animation from them so far (The Bad Guys and Puss in Boots 2). Although this movie had a different animation, it was awesome. I loved mainly the characters and the krakens and the mermaids design. Thanks to it, creators succeeded at adding an epic kaiju-like fight. I truly appreciate it, because it looked different from what we know.

And now the characters. Yep, Ruby is quite sympathetic one, but naive. Her friends were cool, although that extrovert girl was sometimes annoying, but she just tried to help Ruby. Then the mermaid appeared (lol, I've seen two mermaids already this year, and another one is coming). She appears as a good girl, but she has a darker side. And the Ruby's family was quite hilarious actually. Her uncle made the atmosphere funny even in the darker times. And her brother reminded me of Peng from Abominable.

The story was interesting and had maybe a little expectable twist, but still it made me asking: So, who's the villain here? Something's fishy here... Oh, and I forgot to write here the main thing I wanted to mention. TBH, Teenage Kraken is like a combination of Turning Red and Luca (TR becuase the main character faced similar issues, and Luca becuase of the water creatures). Nice!

To sum up, it was an awesome movie. It had also good explainings and I think for some people relatable.

I give it 9/10.

Our favorite tomcat comes back
22 July 2023
Warning: Spoilers
(Warning: May Contain Spoilers.)

Hey peeps! Here I come with another movie (wow, this is my fastest reviews writing so far, lol.). This time it is one of the most anticipated movies of 2022 - Puss in Boots: The Last Wish!

I still remember when I saw the first Puss in Boots from 2011 (well, I don't remember if I was in theaters, but it's possible, because 2011 and 2012 were years when my grandma went with me few times to watch some movies when I was little). It was pretty cool movie, and I wondered back then if the 2nd will be ever made (like I wonder today if there's going to be another movie of Shrek or Madagascar...). And now, after 11 years, it's here!

Puss in Boots: The Last Wish is about Puss in Boots who's happy and calls himself a fearless hero, who is afraid of nothing and can do anything. But then, there comes a moment when he loses his penultimate life. He doesn't care about it too much at the beginning. But after he meets a mysterious wolf who wants to get him, he decides to retire and live his last life as a 'normal' cat. Few days later, he gets to know something about a wishing star, which grants one wish. Puss decides to go to get back all his lives... TBH, the story amazed me. It was something different, and it wasn't about the one and same thing. There absolutely awesome and darkest moments for the main character. I can say the darkest ones were pretty thrilling, as he bottoms out.

The part of the movie when the various groups were wondering throughout the lands tothe wishing star, were so amazingly made. I loved the animation style. As I read on IMDb, it's similar to Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, which is pretty interesting. I like how DreamWorks is coming with totally different style. I was amazed by their intro at the beginning as well! I love when it comes to various combinations, and this movie recapitulation said it all. Great job!

Oh, I mustn't forget to write something about the characters! Well, the evolution of Puss' temper and thinking was apt. The group made of Goldie and the Three Bears was a good adaption of the famous fairy tale, but I saw them as the comic ones for the most of the time (I laughed almost everytime XD). The Big Bad Wolf aka Death was so impressive! TBH he's become one of my favorite characters already (actually, I'm thinking of doing an edit...)! But his whistles. I can say I was getting little goosebumps. One of the best characters so far. And also what I want to add is that it kinda reminded me of the grim reapers from Korean dramas. Two years ago, I saw a series called Goblin, where grim reapers have a big meaning, and when I remembered it, I was like: Ahm, wow... To sum up, this movie overcame my expectations. I didn't expect such a cool movie and sequel!

P. S. (and huge spoiler alert!): I don't think Death is a villain here. He does his job and all he wanted from Puss is to make him realize how valuable is life, a single life. He wasted them like they were nothing. I'm satisfied that Puss began appreciating his life more.

I give it 10/10.

Chris Pratt did a good job again
22 July 2023
Warning: Spoilers
(Warning: May Contain Spoilers.)

Hey peeps. I decided to make a little bigger jump to a movie that has just come out recently. I couldn't resist... OK, today's movie is gonna be The Super Mario Bros. Movie!

Let's begin with the story. I can say I didn't expect it to be like this. I love how the creators played with it, and created an absolutely amazing adventurous cinematographic experience! Liked the history of characters and their intentions. Also liked many movie references (this movie was kinda like Alice in Wonderland thing...).

Animation and effects were just on the top. I'm not gonna compare this with DreamWorks' Puss in Boots: The Last Wish or The Bad Guys. Illumination Entertainment really suprised me. Loved the characters movements, behaviors and human-like expressions (like sweating).

Voice actors did an incredible job. Chris Pratt and Jack Black made their characters stunning! But I don't wanna point just these two - the other people were amazing as well!

There's one thing that surprised me so much, and I don't know why actually - emotions of the characters. There was everything - strong happiness, sadness, fear, love... TBH at the end of the movie I felt both satisfied and dissatisfied (Bowser was so misunderstood actually...).

And because Chris Pratt is my favorite actor, I'm sayin' he did an incredible job with Mario. He was pretty accurate.

TBH I didn't spend much of my childhood with Mario Bros., so I'm sorry if I said something wrong about the story.

Can say I can't wait when I'll be able to do a video with this one. Yet I have to wait until I find a version with a good quality.

I give it 10/10.
