7 Yards: The Chris Norton Story (2021)
Powerful, epic, heartwarming.
It's not every day you get to listen to a story like this. Chris and his family are truly inspiring. Their grit and determination, and "never give up" attitude is mind blowing. I just hope that I would have the same outlook on life in that situation. Thank you to Chris, Emily, and their families for opening up their hearts and sharing some really impactful messages. I know this film has impacted and encouraged so many people since it was released, and we are excited to see what else is in store for them as the years go on. Let's all try and be a little more like Chris and Emily. Let's go Norton Family!
The Luckiest Man: The John Paine Story (2015)
Absolute tear jerker!
In this film, you get to see John's life and purpose beautifully played out, even with a diagnosis of ALS. As a new parent myself, this story now has a whole new meaning. Getting to watch John's family describe him as a business man, father, and leader, really motivated me to step up in every area in life. Very thankful for John Paine, his family, and everyone that shared so many beautiful things about him. I hope for more positive stories like this to come from the ALS community, and I hope it will encourage others that have the same diagnosis to seek their creator each day. Go watch this movie!
Travis: A Soldier's Story (2013)
Just incredible
They say it a lot, but this time it's true. This film is a must see. The story of SSG Travis Mills and his recovery is absolutely inspiring. But not just inspiring, it's motivating. After watching this film, you will definitely have a new appreciation for your life, your family, and those who serve every day to protect and defend your freedom. For most people, the cost of that freedom will never be fully understood, but getting to watch SSG Travis Mills on his journey will help. So thankful for people like Travis, and thankful for his attitude, even after the injury. Please take time to watch this film, you will be so glad you did!
