The Omicron Killer (2024)
This is the real "In A Violent Nature"
I watched the film "In A Violent Nature", and was extremely disappointed. They hyped that film as the first slasher film from the killer's point of view, but I didn't think they meant literally. That whole movie was filmed from behind the killer, of him walking around. It was like watching someone play the most boring videogame ever. This film actually shows you why The Omicron kills from his perspective and mind set. Everyone in the story treats this man badly, maybe it's a metaphor for how we treat each other in real life nowadays, I don't know, I tend not to think too much into sh-t. My point is, this is a great film that deserves to be praised.
Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire (2024)
You are CRAZY if you think this movie isn't GREAT!
I really enjoyed it, I don't care about what the critics say, if you love the franchise go and watch it, it's fun and at the end of the day WHO ARE YOU GONNA CALL? I loved it, only wished it was even longer. I wanted more and that's a great feeling. Realistically it's not an Oscar winning film but everyone there left with a smile on their face. Will definitely watch again.
It was funny and light hearted scary. I'm a huge fan. It falls in line with the first 2 ghostbusters movies. It doesn't have the emotional tear jerker storyline of the last one. Like every ghostbusters film before this one, an absolutely masterpiece and very cool to see it on the big screen. I loved it very much.
Inside Out (2015)
Wow, just wow. Absolutely genius.
This movie is so good, it really portrays of what happens in the mind of a human even in other people and cats and dog (the cat and dog part is towards the end of the movie). Anyways continuing on what I was talking about, Inside Out is a really good movie that not only shows what the emotions are but it also shows each of their roles and their characteristics. Although it might have some dark scenes for younger kids, it shows them how our minds and emotions work whenever we feel a certain thing in us.
The emotions of an eleven year-old girl named Riley are brought to life inside her head as they move from Minnesota to San Francisco. The voice casting in this film is amazing! Amy Poehler, Phyllis Smith, Lewis Black, Bill Hader and Mindy Kaling are terrific as Joy, Sadness, Anger, Fear and Disgust respectively. Them and Richard Kind as Bing Bong drive this film. This film has so much thought put into it (pun intended)! The way they portray things like memory, abstract thought, dreams, depression, etc., is so creative and somewhat educational. The finale also brings a great emotional lesson for anyone.
