Giving this an 8/10 rating
Been a while since the last film by writer, director Jeff Nichols. Worth the wait. A compelling true events tale of a bike club in he 1960's America, and it workings and the life of a bike gang.
Jodie Comer, Austin Butler and Tom Hardy are front and centre and you just have to sit back and watch what they get up to, mostly really crazy stuff, and very, very personal, as the lives of them and others get changed, forever.
Michael Shannon is in this too, as he has been most, if not all of Jeff Nichols films, and he has a great time, Mike Faist, who was last seen in 'Challengers' has a very big role, but is it from his point of view, that we are told this story, as it's based on the real life work of data collected by the character he plays, here. You get all sorts of encounters, all of which are driving the movie towards an ending, the right ending?
The movie poster is quite rubbish, but this film is a good one, yes there is violence, but not glorified, just what happens, happens.
