Great fun if it was a parody...If it had Charlie Sheen as the lead this could be Hot Shots 3. The main character has to be one of the stupidest on screen. For instance: He takes off on a shuttle mission and during landing he is informed on the procedure! He is told to push the big red button (autopilot - Let's just forget that you CAN'T land on autopilot) and if it fails he has to do it himself and not forget to push the brakes himself! Hilarious. Later, during an unexpected dogfight he discovers that he has no weapons at all. Obviously he neglected to check before going on a dangerous mission! LOL The production is so cheap, they don't even have something that remotely looks like a space suit! They just wears a jump suit with a jet plane helmet...
