If you're looking for a complex drama with an intriguing cast and beautiful writing, change the channel. NOTHING on ABC Family is well-done. Case and point, Switched at Birth. Switched at Birth focuses on the trials and tribulations of two Midwestern families whose two teen daughters were, as the title implies, switched at birth. Sounds intriguing, right? Nope, it's not. Switched at Birth should be on Wednesday, because it's more comedy than drama. It's so-called emotional moments make you want to fall out laughing and it's comedic relief leaves much to be desired. Just like Secret Life, this show will only appear to be great or average to ABC Family's key demographic: ignorant teenage girls. Don't waste your time on it when great shows like Detroit 1-8-7 and The Killing are running.

One of the best web shows on the internet, That Movie Show is the third web show from Webby Award winner Bobby Miller. Once again, Bobby's offbeat humor and pitch-perfect script writing brings humor back to the web. That Movie Show centers around Bobby as host of a fictional "That Movie Show" where he interviews movie stars and the like. The shows goes off the rails on a regular basis and a rival of Bobby's begins a rip-off of "That Movie Show" called "This Movie Show." This is the basic premise. With an all-star cast and perfect writing, That Movie Show is a tour-de-force that is sure to win Bobby a third Webby. Welcome back to the web, Bobby.
