Great show should have lasted longer
12 May 2011
I had heard about Fire fly for years I knew it had a "cult following". It was only this month that I actually watched the series. I have to say it was really really good, the acting was great by the entire main cast and the story lines were intriguing and interesting. Even though its been nearly 10 years since the show first showed on Fox. I still am baffled that they canceled it. Fire fly could have had probably at least 5 or 6 good seasons. All the characters had so much more potential character development. It sad when a good show gets the ax I wonder if it would have done better on sci-fi. I applaud the fans however for getting the DVD released and getting a movie done which I guess (have not seen it yet) probably ties up some things.

Mafia: The City of Lost Heaven (2002 Video Game)

Fantastic Game
6 April 2006
Warning: Spoilers
Possible Spoilers The Graphics are great, the storyline is really good. It really makes you feel your back in the 1930's. You play Taxi Cab driver turned Gangster Tommy. There are 20 missions and a few sub-quest mission. Most are challenging but fun too. The cut scenes are also very well done, it feels almost as if you are watching some sort of a movie. The ending of the game is great too, if you have difficult I suggest using the Strategy guide.

There is even a mode called Free ride where you can ride around the city, kill gangsters or be a taxi cab. Once you beat the game you unlock free ride extreme. The game also features a variety of awesome old cars

A good show
6 January 2006
Warning: Spoilers
This series was based on Walter Farley's books. Alec was played by Richard Ian Cox. Henry was played by Mickey Rooney, who played the same role in the 1979 Movie which stared Kelly Reno as Alec.

Alec was pretty much teenager through the entire series. We know this by the fact it only went 3 seasons, and Alec got his drivers license early in season 2, since in the states to get your DL you have to be at least 16, Alec may have been 18 or 19 when the series finished but he was not his 20's as a previous poster indicated. I think most people who like horses would enjoy this series.

I thought the episodes were done well, I enjoyed the storyline and plots. I think more young people will enjoy it more and those who watched it when they were younger.

Season 1 – majority of it they were in America, near the end or middle , they go to France. Season 2 – they are in France but soon go to America and then later end up back in France Season 3 – took place in New Zealand.

Passions (1999–2008)
A pretty decent show
23 December 2004
There's no doubt that Passions is the one soap opera that is incredible different from all the other ones. The story lines for the most part are not realistic, we don't always need related on TV. The show for the most part has decent story lines, the only irking thing is how slowly they go, one day on show can be 2 or 3 months in our time. I think the last time Sheridan and Luis got married, it last 7 weeks. Sometimes they will drop a storyline, for example who shoot Julian Crane, that happened back in 2002, we are almost in 2005 and it still a mystery. Sometimes they will change a story entirely of how they original said it went, (Like with the character of Antonio) that can be annoying if you have been watching from day one.

Passions is the show that sometimes makes you want to go crazy, it seems no one will ever truly be happy. But it still draws people back, in July of 2005 they will celebrated 6 years. I will say I am surprised it lasted this long, but in a way I can see why, they have good actors and actress, they do have decent storyline. The biggest thing is its different.

Second Noah (1996–1998)
A fantastic show that ended way too soon
20 June 2004
This was a brilliant tv show. All the episodes were truly interesting. The family felt real, some good issues were talked about. A large one was Teen Parent hood, even though The Parents adopted Ben, you still saw Ricky struggling to do what was right for his son. I think this show could have gone several years why it was canceled with out them trying to promote the show more. I think it would have ended up among family shows like the Walton's, Growing Pains and even the still running 7th heaven.

I think a lot of 7th heaven fans would have watched this show as well, they were simlar both had a lot of kids, and was about a family when all the dust is settled at the end. Obvisouly the large difference was that all of the kids the Becketts had were all adopted, excluding the child they would have had if the show had not been canceled. Of Course all the animals also made it exciting.

I wish they'd at least bring the 2 season out of DVD. However its fantastic that some of the cast have gone on to do bigger and better Project the biggest probably being James Marsden .
