Two young children are abondoned, defenceless, by their wayward parents. Aged four and eight, they are left to make their way in a hostile world. Miraculously they find refuge with a couple who can give them everyhting they need - comfort, love, and security. Slowly, the wounds begin to heal, and the children come to love and trust their surrogate parents. But fate cares not for the needs of little children, and a day comes when their newfound happiness is shattered. Quite a hard film to find these days and probably a bit of a forgotton and lost gem. If you like tear jerker's, you'll love this!
