Decoded: Rushmore (2011)
Lacks objectivity
I was very disappointed in the lack of objectivity associated with this story and the show's presentation. It was unfortunate that the show presented parts of the story from only their perspective - for example, they were not provided access to the hall of records and they presented this in a way that appeared to be intended to create suspicion in the mind of the viewer. There are many legitimate reasons they would not be admitted.
I thought it was shameful the way the field reporters drew comparisons between the access they were provided at Crazy Horse (a private site) and Mount Rushmore and they seemed to be suggesting that at Mount Rushmore there was something being hidden. The blonde lady is so biased the other field reporters don't even try to cover for her. If one seeks to 'decode' history, they should do it fairly - and that is not what occurs with this show.
