Dil Dariya (1988)
one of best TV serial
Lekh Tandon has films like Amrapali, Dulhan Wohi Jo Piya Man Bhaaye, and Agar Tum Na Hote to his credit.
He then shifted to television to make serials like Phir Wohi Talash and Dil Dariya.
His claim to fame includes introducing Shah Rukh Khan.
Though Fauji was SRK's first serial to be aired, the serial he began shooting for first was Tandon's Dil Dariya.
Now, the two are working together again, this time as co-stars in Ashutosh Gowariker's [ Images ] eagerly anticipated Swades [ Images ], Tandon tells Lata Khubchandani: He shot for Dil Dariya first. Fauji came on air first, followed by Circus.
Fauji (1988)
one of best army cop
Fauji: It was the serial that introduced Shah Rukh Khan to Indian television. Shah Rukh had actually started shooting for another serial called Dil Dariya first, but Fauji was the first one to be aired. One interesting point was that he forced Shah Rukh to cut his hair for the serial. Fauji was about a batch of trainees into a commando school, their training and eventual induction as soldiers. Shah Rukh Khan was Abhimanyu Rai, a bright, young, but naughty trainee. Fauji (1988) was a TV series about the daily life of an Indian Army regiment. SRK became an overnight heartthrob. The character gained instant popularity due to its charm, peppiness and the exuberance with which Khan essayed the role. The success paved way for Shah Rukh's next series (Circus) and his foray into filmdom
Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge (1995)
best romantic movei ever!
DDLJ has been my all time favourite movie. its a wonderful love story about the second generation Asian youths! Raj the main character played by Shahrukh khan gives a superb performance and equally good as Simran (co-star) played by Kajol!! Its about a girl living in London, who's marriage has been arranged by her father to marry his best friend's son. She accepts her fate until she meets Raj in Europe and falls in love. The movie has won many awards including National Award(in India)for best story. The songs in the movie are also worth listening to, composed by Jatin Lalit which are melodious and romantic. Overall the movie is definitely 10/10, no doubt!!!
this film is a memorable masterpiece from Bollywood, i say this because of the songs and the storyline which still is and always will be one of the best in Indian cinema history. Shah Rukh gives his all time best acting in this film i know you won't agree on me on this but i think all the other films he has made since then he has overacted in them. When i first watched this film it made me cry which was something as i usually don't shed a tear when watching a movie it gave new meaning to the phrase love conquers all. The songs will always be a part of my memories especially tujhe dekha to which Kumar Sanu and Lata Mangeshkar do an absolutely awesome job on. All i can say now is this, thank you Bollywood for this pleasant movie.
Jab Tak Hai Jaan (2012)
immortal forever!
Directed by the late Yash Chopra, the film doesn't cease to impress the romantic movie lovers and of course SRK fans. People go in with some expectations of a 'Yash Chopra' type of romance and are not disappointed at all. It begins with a fearless army officer Samar moving all along Kashmir diffusing bombs without tinge of fear in his mind. The story flies in flashback after the audience is well settled for the movie. Shah Rukh Khan handles the role of a strict army officer and jolly youngster so well that it seems hard to believe that both roles are played by the same man. Anushka sharma is bubbly and ' happy-go-lucky girl' who lives life to the fullest breathing every moment of her life happily. Katrina Kaif on other hand is exactly opposite to Anushka. She is a God-lover, believes in goodness, reserved, n filled totally with love. Yashji never lost hold of his directorial touch in the movie. The songs do deserve a thumbs up. Especially the romantic Saans and foot- tapping Ishq shava. Challa makes u groove a bit on your seat. Heer likely to trigger some emotion So for all the romance lovers, JTHJ is a perfect and 'go for it' film.
